Boss problem

I've had problems playing the last 2 bosses, when I join a group right when going to battle, I get a message that says "You have been expelled from the server for being offline for too long", does anyone know how to solve that?

  Hello Jr. global lobbies tend to have more issues. If you join one with your faction they will usually run more smoothly
