How those new perks are balanced for a new feud experience?

After 3 years of the Feud Perks being perfect .... you have now ruined them. You are ruining Fueds in general now . You should immediately go back to how Feud Perks were before. You know the old saying? Dont fix something g that isn't broken ? You are ruining Feuding.. Completely stupid. The Feud Perks were not broken but they are broken now . Fix this immediately. The Feud Perks are useless now

Lots of people complained about the feud perks though. In particular the sub perk.

So the answer to fixing 1 problem is to create another 1? Won't get too far using that logic in a business

To last longer how is this a feuding experience better...the perks helped people who don't have top tier ...now the feud is not more fun ...we want the old perks .. scopely should work on existing problem like the freeze on tour and the superstar can't do a move .....so much problems ...why bother to fix the feud perks when it was good as they was....

Frankly I'd like to see no perks ever.
But I'm all for trying new things so long as there is a willingness to admit when things went wrong.
So how about this: some feuds have no perks, some have the old school perks that apparently some people know and love, and some have experimental and strange perks. Part of this would necessarily include turnbuckles not counting toward MLC points. They never should have in the first place. That was a trick to make people use them and then claim we like them because we use them.
