Don't get faction boss battle revard

For some reason in some battle I don't get boss coins and rewards after match. In game write I take rewards earlier but I don't.

How I can fix this?

  sometimes you need to play another match for them to show up. if not please contact support.

  I played for a different class of course. And in the end, nothing happened. I will follow your advice and contact support.
