Scopely support “stealing” from inventory

This last faction feud there were tons of issues my whole faction encountered. I normally get to the 40 mil milestone but struggle bused to get 25 mil due to all the server and connection issues caused from their servers. From not finding matches for 30 minutes at a time. To finding a match, winning then being immediately kicked back to the lobby to search for new feud opponents. This went on for about 12 hours of the feud.
When I got to 25 mil just before it ended, I claimed the milestone and it didn’t deliver the white ultimate strap (inventory was full so should’ve gone to inbox but wasn’t delivered there either). So I contacted support from 3 days trying to get my strap. Each time telling me it was in my inventory and I need to check again and that they can’t help. So the following morning I wake up to a new message saying they sent the strap to my inbox but in turn we’re taking one out of my inventory claiming it was the same one I got. However, the one they took was a modern era acro strap with a 40% gem damage boost that is already been working in building for green gem damage for either acro Rey or zombie taker (hadn’t quite decided which yet hence just building it for green gem damage) with 3 medals in it and what they sent to my inbox was a attitude era trickster belt with no bonus and was definitely not in my inventory prior to that day.
Now they refuse to return the strap that they took from my inventory and say they can’t do anything.
so I guess the question is, why do they have to do shady stuff and be completely unhelpful in almost every aspect of help in this game? (unless your a big name streamer talking their game up for them or spending a ton of money)
ps… venting on this forum cause I’m mad that they won’t fix their screw up of taking my other strap from my inventory and giving me a junk one in its place.

Oh, I knew that was going to be your response, but in game support refuses to fix anything and closes any ticket I send in about any topic and website support refuses to contact me at all. So overall, I was voicing my situation on their forums so that others know that they like to make you bust your butt off through all of their bugs and glitches OR spend tons of money to get the rewards, to just basically screw you over in the end then refuse to help you.
Unless you’re a big name streamer or something, they don’t seem to ever want to help the little fish in the ponds that can’t even make it to the seas, then expect y’all to tell people to continue contacting them to get no help. It’s a vicious cycle of never ending disappointment when it comes to support

Content creators, forum mods, and town hall mods all use the same support as everybody else. We have to work through issues with support the same as any other player.

Just a FYI since you wanna use my example, I get the same shitty support you do and get all my tickets auto close by bots like you do so you are still wrong so don't start spreading false information you know absolutely nothing about thanks.
What you are paraphrasing and taking way out of context has nothing to do with game support, support does not deal with content creator items and that was NOT my strap, that is a scopely strap specific to do character previews that I left on the Preview Theory that was taken away when Theory was and I can't use on my personnal stuff and support couldn't even do anything about that if they wanted, I need to go through our content contact Firpo directly for that. That was not a support issue.
So yeah same boat as you for my personnal account if I need to contact support. And if it make you feel better to keep shattering your misconception about shit getting fixed "immediately" we are a week later and I am still waiting to get it back..

Well I’m sorry for misunderstanding what you said in your stream reveal then. I tried asking a question when you said something about it but the scopely (I’m guessing) mod for that reveal just removed my question and banned me for an hour so I couldn’t actually as much questions. So at that point, I got frustrated and annoyed and had to leave cause I couldn’t type to ask questions. I’ve been trying for weeks to get this resolved and have quite literally gotten nowhere but older. They need better communication with everyone for sure.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having, unfortunately the forum mods don't have any way to do anything about support issues, that's why they are the ones that need to address it

Oh I understand that they NEED to, but I was just expressing my opinions and situation because they REFUSE to. So I was just putting out a discussion about the issue. I know it’s not the forum mods that can fix it, it was just put out there for discussion because of their lack of doing anything and the frustration surrounding the situation.

No Problem I can understand the frustration for sure.
A trick I use to bypass the bots is to try to spell the key words differently so they bypass the filters like S-T-R-A-P insteap of Straps or something

Ok, thanks I’ll give it a shot. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating and then the ban from charting during reveal made it worse especially with the continued no responses and auto closing from support.

I've had the same issue with support on the issue i posted here a couple months ago with my nikki bella. To date the issue still hasn't been fixed, and i keep having to reply to the bot every 7 days to keep my issue alive, which they have no ETA on.

Exactly and that’s insane. I can’t even get website support to reply at all unfortunately. But basing off what you said, I’m unsure it’ll help. Hopefully we both can get some resolutions sooner than later.

Unfortunately that's the case sometimes with support. I've seen the highest spenders in the game have issues that took weeks to resolve or a townhall mod who had video of things disappearing from their rewards box and still took over a month for resolution. I know it doesn't seem like it but the current support is MUCH better than it used to be and we do provide feedback to the team when we hear of bad experiences like yours.

Well unfortunately it’s now November and they’ve still done nothing about this strap. Sucks that I had to spend money during the event and then resources and medals on it for them to take them all and refuse to do anything about it. That’s kinda pathetic. Hopefully one day I can get some sort of replacement.
