I like the new idea of letting us know how many free shards are available. This makes us easier to calculate the shards count

I don’t like the victory tour for the released cards during their come out event. Save that for the end of the mlc. Loot banner took a step back from last weeks king woods event, where you were guaranteed either shards or a card of the character.
This showdown you implemented new showdown perks….either you did the blitz to get them or you purchased the big pack to get them. We already have enough perks for showdown were these really necessary?
showdown will be a break it or lose it when it starts…..either there’s gonna be an issue when it starts or during it. Time will tell.
overall this event I’m gonna give a 5/10 so far will post again after the showdown and give an updated score

I'm not a fan of the scaling when you get over 1100 on showdown. Now you have gone from a 5sg wall to a 6* wall. Seeing as most people don't have a 6* yet this makes it extremely difficult if not impossible to hit and stay above 1400 without spending precious resources in coins to get a decent match up. I get that you want to keep it competitive but the scaling has to be better than what it is.

Now unless you have a 6* it is impossible to get to 1400. You guys have to recode this to scale better. I don't have a 6* why should I have to play nothing but 6* after 1200.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to win the superstar.
We all need a hope to atleast become a part of the Contest. The only feedback which I can think of right now is that in the contest mode the normal, hard and he'll mode opponents should be based on the league we are playing in and not equal for everyone.

The links for bonus points need to be specific, and these need to come up when we choose from the roster.
The perks for this showdown are an obvious spend-only benefit and have not improved the Showdown.
There need to more tour matches. You are asking more of us in terms of resources to get to 6stars, but not giving us opportunities to get them in reasonably adjusted amounts.

That’s a hell of a comment to say to someone leaving their feedback. He basically said all you see is the generic tag link for contest people. Some people can’t click on the “blog” when in the middle of the sd trying to climb that mountain.

Still Believe WWE Champions Updates The Game On Time With The Right Superstars. I would like to see the Rewards On Hard Have More....It Is Harder Than Normal Right? Same Wrestler....Same Match On the Tour...Opponent Is Tougher. But The Reward is the same really... When We All Spent Props, Cash, TP To Make our Superstars Better... To Compete. I've been playing for 5 Years Now, also The silver league loot is harder to collect and we dont get enough shards for the wrestler's we try to get just on those silver and gold league picks. 1 Other Thing... Compensate Us Better When Something Goes Wrong, People That are New to Champions dont get much. For others that land in a different bracket they get more... People like Me. I liked that I had most of the bonus characters for the showdown, but the prices of the rewards were so high, all I could get were a few TP bags. I got pretty much all the points I could, without paying and still barely earned anything. Also, the challenge tour was ridiculously hard. I couldn’t even beat it on Normal with Riddle all maxed out
In short, it could’ve been a lot better. I’m rather disappointed.

I think this was more indicative 9f a pay to win moreso than recent events. Offering almost unbeatable perks in the shop, so those who bought have an extreme advantage over non-buyers. Grinding is fine, but when you grind for naught, just makes it frustrating because the rich get richer. I soon hit the pay wall of 6* bronze and maxed 5*gold

the contest was alright in terms of the rewards you could get the perhaps thing that was confusing the most is when the contest superstars it doesnt even show you who you have to use you have to go in and find them so perhaps point out who you have to use right out of the gate will have people prepare more for who they need other than that the gameplay was smoother this time around

I thought this weekend showdown was one of the better ones in a long time.
The tours had a variety of required people allowing you to get more points and resources which was great.
The required superstars for event points points was also more widespread and not so specific I hope this keeps up I thought this was fantastic.
It's certainly more challenging hitting hitting higher points when you start facing 6 star opponents. I don't have one yet so I had to be careful with who I was facing and who I was using.
The new showdown perk seemed like a great idea I don't have that many blitz tickets so I wasn't able to get many. If I did I probably would have went for a couple of them.
I really like letting us know on the blog how many free shards are available that way we can plan what we would like to do if we do want to go for that character.
I really do like the prize wall that has been around for a number of showdowns now.
Hopefully all these positives remain the same and show down tournaments moving forward.

There should be more solo points in tour missed the milestone by just 100k points

Overall I felt the contest was fun. Wasn’t a fan of the wall of 6sb characters when trying to max my showdown coins, but it is what it is. Overall I still had fun and achieved a personal best in the solo contest. Earning just over 1300 shards was nice as well, although winning the theory card itself would have been great. I could say the same with the milestone boxes, it would have been nice to get a new superstar, but when you’re used to getting shards with every one, you never really get disappointed.
My only issue is that if you didn’t have Theory, you couldn’t complete the contest tour. I was able to max everything else minus that. Even with the error with the shard bags over the weekend, I felt the contest went smooth. Sure getting to 1400 was a pain, but it’s not like I’ve breezed through every showdown ever (I remember the times max tier was 1000 and getting attacked consistently at 700-800 was the norm…all it is now is increased numbers).

Tag team links are always hard to determine because they look the same.
4500 bags hell mode. I think there needs a “standard” set of compensation/who gets what across the board every time. For example if you let players keeps Bulldog then they should keep Theory but lose all the shards. Then made send out a compensation package to the others with something sweeter to ease their minds. This will allow players to know that this was a scopely issue and they are willing to bite the bullet but let players keep the player because of their mistake. However, the next contest should be affected to make up losses. Maybe increase requirement of the next contest. Example 4sb 1200 up to 5sb 3000.
Things to keep in mind: the list was able to be seen on showdown but this was the max. On some phones the list is cut off when more requirements are added. This time it worked well to see what matches needed to be done.
BLITZ was going to eat up too much time for turnbuckles. You had to sit and grind for turnbuckle perks when most people rarely get showdown perks anymore. Normally there’s an option to get more rewards for increased talent but that wasn’t available this time. If you do this, explain the levels in the blog about blitz with a simple short paragraph or chart.
I do like how one character builds on the next character for coach/trainer abilities
The tours were good on difficulty. It forces people to work on some of their lower characters if the character is a lower tier.

The contest was great but I couldn't get above 1000 in the showdown, I played non stop for hours being awarded wit 7-15 notoriety points only to check again and find out someone took 32-46 points away from me when I lost, and also making me auto lose in matches when I get the "matchmaking error" or the "there was a problem with our server",
overall, this contest was great

Ok, where do I begin? While I appreciate the fact you want us to be more competitive, once I hit 1200, I hit nothing but 6s. I do not have an 6s yet, so that makes it very hard to be competitive with other players. The scaling definitely needs to be better, maybe once you hit 1400 notoriety the 6s wall can be better justified otherwise you are hurting those who don't have an 6s. Purpose of the game is to have fun, and when people can't compete, it makes it very difficult to have fun. Another thing is, the mistake with the hell mode node that basically gave away theory and all those shards, you guys have to work better on preventing those mistakes. The 2x cash pop ups were very annoying and shouldn't have happened. The blitz grind shouldn't need to be a thing, not everyone has 6 to 8 hours to grind blitz for those one time perks for showdown event. We have enough perks for both events, we really don't need anymore. The gap needs to be alittle smaller in-between milestones as well. Overall, it has an ok event, but can definitely be improved. It was very frustrating the lack of faction points available from actually competing in the showdown.
There were also too many contest superstar groups without link images beyond the stocks.
Also, if a superstar would qualify for more than one of the category rewards, this should be added or highlighted in the roster screen.

The All day contest was not bad. I liked that there was a free way to gain the new perk turnbuckles. I would have preferred it to not be in increments of 30. At least 50 would have made it less mundane especially when we only had 24 hours to try to get enough.
On the topic of those perks. If you are going to require spending coins to equip them then:
- Give us another 24 hr coin event for Friday
- Make the spending of coins part of getting the milestones
- Have a separate event for those perks and coins like you do with the bonus loot contests
It felt like a waste of coin because I am not big on spending coin or TP without being rewarded for it.
The prize wall was good in terms of content. I think the costs should be reduced some so that people have incentive to play through the tours for the medallions in there because they will actually be able to buy something worthwhile. I had to spend to get what I wanted off the prize wall which was a bit much after spending to get started in the contest and spending to get more of the turnbuckles because 24 hours wasn’t enough time to get all the turnbuckles I needed at 30 a run.
I liked the showdown and the requirements. It was doable.
Doing the showdown and having bonus characters should get you to atleast the first bonus milestone because it incentivized players to work up characters.
Lastly, the milestones rewards this time were kind of lackluster. I remember when in Showdowns you had potential to unlock characters in milestones. You could potentially do this with characters that haven’t been in circulation for a while or throw in an equal odds chest for a promoter or something.
Overall I enjoyed the event until I had to spend extra to get enough medallions to get what I wanted from the prize wall so I give it a 7/10 before the extra spending was 9/10 because of the turnbuckles thing.

Let’s start off with the positives!
-the tours were relatively easy. With the exception of the initial tour (with Vince and theory as css) they all had mostly ftp requirements
-SD are always relatively latency issue free, this was no exception
-css for the SD contest itself were (mainly) characters that the masses had
-faction contest wasn’t extremely restrictive when it came to the TU portion
Now for the negatives
-The new perks, I purchased one, wasn’t necessary for me, didn’t seem to make the game that much “easier” than before. If this is a method of testing new SD perks out then fine, otherwise, worthless cash grab opportunity IMO
-THE issue, this isn’t the first time something like this (honestly, this exact type of thing re: bags/# of bags) has happened. At this time the rectifying action hasn’t been taken, but no matter the result of that this isn’t great. We further divide the community because half want one thing and half want another outcome. Does scopely not have a testing environment for this game where they can QA these issues away? If not, they should!

My views on this weekends events
Solo contest
I managed to reach a fairly high milestone whilst only buying the feud pack special and spending those 2 coins on Friday and Saturday, lots of decent prizes to be won just by playing the showdown.
I wasn't able to stay above 1400 so didn't get the full bonus coins but that didn't affect where i landed in the solo milestones.
Tours
I found these to be decent and the prize wall tokens in the challenge tour was a really nice prize and i manged to trade those in for a nice amount of coins and the takers sigil plate!
Showdown tournament
Unless you have a cracked defensive team then it becomes really hard to progress when your getting attacked every 2 minutes and loosing more notoriety then you can gain.
The CSS tab was a mess without link pictures and it was a guessing game unless you could cross reference the blog, lets not forget this is a mobile game and while playing we shouldn't need to refer to a blog to progress!
Paid perks
These wasn't for me, I didn't bother with the blitz or buy them, They didn't seem to affect me.
Overall i felt it was a decent weekend altough showdown is becoming very stale and the coins are pretty much useless at this point!
