lmao, if anything in the store had been broken, sirens would be going off at Scopely and it'd be all hands on deck to fix the problem asap. a free reward for the players? who cares, let's leave it broken for 3 days, it's not important!

No, that's not what we're saying. This potentially affects ALL players, certainly anyone using the web portal. A proper public announcement, even if it's just a pinned thread on the forums would be more visible, and would have saved you guys having to keep fielding questions about this.

Guess there's no need for the portal on my phone until the problem is solved plus maybe those that do pay for stuff on this game should also stop paying for stuff on here till the problem is sorted bet scoply would soon fix it quick lol

the boss battle one is now there but the daily MLC isnt there yet that's why there was no announcement about it yet

Apologies for that there was a problem with the forum host(no it's not scopely) that wasn't giving notifications for replies so the mods weren't seeing that there were comments/questions here. unless we specifically went into the thread to check.

This isn't the same thing? There's always been a daily reward of some sort in the store during an MLC. This discussion is about the web portal rewards, which have been (save for one weekend IIRC) missing for nearly a month now with no sign of any action or update.

Having just heard the first episode of a podcast on the psychology of free to play game monetization I'd say there is no technical glitch involved, just a subtle hint to merge two shops into one. For two reasons:
1) On the web shop you had the opportunity to just click the free header and you were able to ignore anything they offer there. With a price hike of up to USD 20 for the whale offer and across the board to a lesser extent for the lower offers you are less inclined to spend your money there.
2) Ingame you always have two free claims, and you have to visit the shop daily to claim them. One is at the top, but to get to the second one you have to scroll past roughly 90% of the shop inventory and see the offers. And hey, why not stop to actually click and buy on one or the other thing?
