Anyone else feel like support doesn't actually look at screenshots?

So I had an issue with the SummerSlam keys Vanishing from my loot the last day it was available and tried to get help from support and it was obvious by what they said that they didn't pay attention to what I said or my screenshots and basically just insulted my intelligence has anyone else had a similar experience

    Yep. Same here, will send a complaint in with a picture to back it up and all you’ll get is the cookie cutter response “your message had the keywords……” or we are sorry to hear that this happened, be assured that our team is looking into it as we speak, please check this link to keep informed about it”

    Its definitely hit or miss if you happen to contact them when some higher profile issue is going on at the same time. I usually reply that they did not address the issue at all and the next reply is usually on topic.

    I have 2 pending that has been messed up for awhile in my career on the road 2 matches glitching they just keep saying we will get back to you blah blah blah

    I have sent videos and they still wouldn’t hear it was their issue, nothing on my end... 🤦‍♂️

    I've had good and bad experiences with them personally. The support people don't always play the game so sometimes they may not understand your request and you have to resubmit

    Half the time I don't even think that they read the messages... No matter what you tell them, they always give you the same generic answer to every question I have ever asked them...

    Very true i know its not how it really is but it makes me feel like they are trying to talk to me like im a baby who has lost his dang pacifier lol
