Daily Free Claims have Disappeared
I'm not sure if it's just me or everyone, but the daily free claims in the special offers section have not shown up for about 3 days now. Please let me know if it' that way across the board, or if it's a problem with my account . Thank you

I logged in to the web portal, and where they're e usually a daily free reward, there's nothing. Even the section title doesn't appear.

Not a solo issue, no daily reward for me either and the reward section has disappeared completely.

Hey guys,
It disappeared after a few hours. I asked my faction and they reported that they have received them. The fact that I didn't made me feel more than frustrated.
I decided to launch a Support Ticket to Scopely support before checking the forum.
I probably should have kept the ticket specifically with the Free Rewards. But I went on a rant about the other things that went wrong with the game (including paying for items I didn't receive). Just all these unfortunate things added together and I guess I kind of lost my composure (no I didn't abuse anyone or used expletives).
Whatever happens, whether Scopely support compensates me or not, I'll leave it up to them. I guess the good thing about the Support guys is that you can vent your frustrations to them, I think they completely understand how I feel.

There is currently a Bug with the reward section of the portal so it was temporarily taken down and will be back up when fixed

Pretty amazing how certain problem after problem keep popping up...except for the store of course-thats always 1 section that will always run smoothly

We haven't received word on this but typically if budgeted shards are missed they're included elsewhere in the monthly event.
