Overall SD Scrimmage was ok, but the availability of bonus superstars is very low. I didn't have at least 6 of the bonus superstars and even in the shard bags, all I ever get is the minimum shard amount for whichever superstars are in there, same can be said of the key loot in mlc always the same 3 star bronze over and over, I do feel loot win rate should be higher

I always like SD events, this one was fine.

Carmella is good, but since we got the new 6* superstars i was hoping we would start to get better characters for that new tier. But still i like her for a 5*.

About the rewards i liked the amount of coins, but the amount of TP is still pretty low, tokens is fine and the shards for the featured superstar was amazing, i end up getting a huge amount of them by the end of the event.

About the showdown, unluckly most of my female characters are the free ones, so i completed all the match from 4 of 11 bonus characters. Good thing is that those 4 charaters gave a lot of points.

Tours was good i liked it, specially the challenge match, which give us opportunity to play with 3 different characters in each difficulty.

The down side of this event was in my opinion the wall prize, there were not many scrimmage shards medallions for the free players and specially the plates are still to expensive.

I would probably give a 7/10 in this event, i would give more if the prize wall was better.

  • Positive feed back : smooth gaming no crashes during the showdown

Negative feedback: a bit of a grind and no options to get shards of the featured superstar at the showdown scrimmage shop with medallions was 100 short of getting her

  • Overall the event team smooth and no technical issues, which is a tremendous improvement as of late. The only suggestion I can give is to increase the amount of free tp and coins need to drastically increase. If you insist on utilizing the lower tiered characters for events you should offer more incentives to spend valuable resources to improve them.

rewards- the cost of items to buy using medallions was high.100 TP bags should have been added to the prize wall. Rewards should be improved as there is a lot of requirement due to the introduction of 6-star ss.

rest everything according to me was fine for me.

Easy event. Didn't max but got close to recruit without spending. Turnbuckles need to be more plentiful though

    i enjoyed the contest.

it would be helpful if we knew which items were leaving the following prizewall so we can choose to prioritize "last chance" scrimmage items

  • She is awesome can't wait till to see what y'all do next

I shouldn't lose over 40 points on defense, especially to someone with an equal or lower rating than me. Also you shouldn't enter a match, win, and come back to a lower rating than when you started.

I'm glad Carmella was almost attainable for many people.

The event was the same rinse and repeat boring showdown stuff.

  • mediocre event. Always the same, the confrontation coins add little. The medallions in the store, very few, are useless. Only the whales benefit from these mediocre events. Better company if the game is not going to sink

  • The showdown itself was absolutely fine, standard drill. The css superstars were mostly fine (only missing 3) and managed to get to milestone 13 with minimal spending.

The issue I have is the prizewall, for what ive got you can't really get much, would have been nice for carmella shards to be there to make the incentive or buying slightly more worthwhile.

All in all a pretty nice weekend with no issues

The main issue is the prizewall. Without maxing, there isn’t much you can get off of there. The plates are expensive, I get that. But even if I hit the next milestone, I still would be 20K short of getting the cheapest one. Plus there are hardly any shards. Either numbers are low or some aren’t on there anymore. Overall solid event, just the prizewall need some tweaking.

Event was decent enough obtainable if you had required superstars, last tour should be a mix of faction and solo points.

would like to see mixed sd events more.

So I do these a lot now. I used to not care and just scroll by but our voices need to be heard even tho they are ignored most of the time.

    I’ll start with the good.

it’s nice your giving us more options with the bonus superstars for wins. When you first started doing it like this it was great but the last few it’s back to very rare cards needed.

also the loot pulls the last few events have been absolutely awful. We get 5 or 10 shards with a message that says AWESOME OR UNBELIEVABLE with the pull. There’s nothing awesome about paying $4 for 5 shards. Also the last two weeks since releasing the 6S and the availability to trade shards in you seem to be filling the rare and very rare with B and C tier guys giving us a ton of shards and still mostly useless. I really hope this isn’t gonna become a regular thing. The last few of these I’ve done I’ve mentioned how the game is becoming more and more expensive and we’re getting less and less for our money and that still seemed to be the case this weekend.

it did seem like the amount of shards available for the release character where given out at a good rate. That was definitely a plus this weekend.

    this was my biggest issue.

you guys put these skill plates on the medallion prize wall and you put them up at a point you pretty much need to max the solo event to get one of the plates. Now I spent $129 on pulls and packages for solo points and extra medallions. I also got 13/15 solo milestones. And ended with 64k for medallions which as you know got me some shards a couple straps that are useless and some coins. The amount of money needed to get a skill plate for Pete’s sakes is crazy. $129 and 10 hours of time and that’s not enough for a skill plate. I don’t understand it. The greediness this game has come to be known for is just awful and your doing it at a time a lot of people can’t afford to live. I’m fortunate but I’m also tired of it. If I got the same kind of service at a clothing store , restaurant or anywhere else I wouldn’t do business with the company anymore. I’m about at that point with this game. I love this game but I can’t justify it anymore. Even tho your still trying to change things and make them better it’s done on a very low quality way. I hope is players get treated better but sad to say a lot of us doubt it.

I know free players aren't going to get these characters unless a lucky pull . Can yall do less rare characters. Give the non whales a better shot at resources at least.

  • Most apt name for an event. Untouchable unless you spend, spend, spend.

  • Removing HOF taker was kind of annoying, and the inflation of prizewall token costs is making it so even maxing normally can barely get you shards without spending

  • As a mainly free player, this contest was fine. The tours for faction points weren't locked to premium characters that a player like me does not have.

It was a nice change to see a female showdown as opposed to a male or mixed one. Though facing HOF Chyna again and again is a pain in the a$$ and I always hope to get different opponents.

Please continue to making events where the bonus characters even most free players like me will have. It made me play more than in other showdowns.

  • The Showdown Event was good, very accessible for f2p players.

The downside was that the rewards were a bit low compared to the amount of fighting you had to do.

It was a good event. Nice work.

    Cool character, good showdown

Well, showdown is fine. It usually is. It works, gives out a decent amount of showdown currency. Nothing to complain about.

Tours were ok but the lack of bags all year is still a significant negative for me.

The lack of interplay between the individual and faction event points is the big problem for me. One should feed the other. They used to. Now its like two separate events that just happen to run together and I just do not like that at all.

Another "new" character that is just a redrawn existing character with no real change in the character. But at least it isn't yet another HHH.

Prizewall continues to be a pay to win joke. Useless. Get rid of it or start making more reasonable prize currency pricing decisions.

It was OK. But I think you need to balance shards on the prize wall better. I know that shards are now viewed a little bit differently because of six stars but only getting 25 shards of a certain character isn’t an incentive. I played this SD less than any in recent memory and had no excitement for it. Why get rid of newer characters on the prize wall (Undertaker, Mankind) but keep Jimmy and Sheamus? And even then capping it at 40 instead of 200 and at a 3x price? Please don’t punish the players like that

Showdown Scrimmage has been great over the last few months and while this one was pretty good, there were a few changes that made this one less enjoyable than previous months.

    Solo Event

    • It was nice that the blog clearly specified how many shards we could achieve for free without factoring in backstage passes or 1st loot pulls. If you completed all possible tasks and CSS, you could progress quite far and achieve 1350/1450 of 1600 shards which was a pretty good return. One concern I have here is that the solo event didn't really have anything tangible to aim for this weekend. There weren't enough medallions to get a skill plate without maxing the event, and a new recruit wasn't realistic due to the lack of shards on the prizewall. I feel like players need to have something of note to realistically target during these events, or they will feel that events are skippable.

    Prizewall

    • This was a big disappointment in all honesty. The shards of previous scrimmage characters now seem to be reduced every month, if not disappearing completely for some characters. This was the main reason why Scrimmage became so popular so it's very disappointing if this format is being changed. Even for those spending heavily to max the event, the options were underwhelming.

    Tours

    • Everything here felt quite fair and reasonable. Those with stronger/rarer characters could clear the tours easily, while players without them still had options to build their common characters to beat the tours.

    Faction Event

    • I liked that the TU here wasn't outrageous like some previous events. If you had the CSS are reasonable levels, you could score more of your 1% comfortably. The bags felt pretty poor at least in my case. I didn't need any of the characters' shards so it didn't really matter to me, but the shard counts were terribly low. We already need to get lucky on RNG to get shards of the character we need, but at 10 shards each time, making any significant progress is unlikely. Given recent changes, maybe add some high rarity posters here to benefit newer players and give shards to those trying to make 6-star characters?

    Carmella

    • A new Carmella was probably due, so that was good. She seems quite a distance from the top females. This is fine because not every character needs to be crazy OP. The only issue here is that with the release of 6 stars, I'm not sure why anyone would be in a rush to recruit Carmella given the shard and token ceiling we have. I feel like making Carmella a strong showdown character would have made a lot of sense, given that Showdown is flooded with all the same female characters.

    New Skill Plate

    • The skill plate also felt underwhelming at best. Of course, there is always the possibility of future releases making great use of this plate, but I'm not sure why players would spend so much money to max the event and get this skill plate when there are few/no great options to use it.

    I'd rate this event a possible 7/10

You gave a good amount of matches to actually play. Also gave a decent playing bonus.

Being able to use alternates of the main characters was very nice

The Tours I felt should have had about 15% more of the faction contest points but other than that it seemed to be a good event.

Another positive I hope to CONTINUE TO SEE is the 5,6,7million coins you get from the milestones. I saw some 100tp here and there as well.

Maybe next event possibly have more TP in the milestones like yall did with the coins to make it more current for this new meta.

*THE MOST DIAPPOINTING ASPECT* how much everything cost in the showdown store. The showdown shards you need to get almost double I feel like

Congratulations to @Nick704427 on winning the giveaway!!

  • Couldn’t play the hard & hell mode matches because it was limited to her only & people with lower roster when they dont have event players or limited ones they struggle alot to complete & finish the matches to earn the rewards. If she could have been in my roster then deffo i would have played her event nicely
