Strap Pass Change not good for prior loyal customers…

So if you have been a strap pass subscriber for months you do not get the new upgrade to the strap pass? Why is this? Some peoples passes renew at the beginning of the month and now they have to wait 28-30 days to get the upgrade that new customers get? Please let me know how this makes any sense and what you will be doing to make this right for prior subscriptions. I would recommend that people get rid of the strap pass and unless this is rectified. Thank you.

    How does it make sense? You're getting what you paid for when you paid. Others will get what they paid for when they paid. And when the terms for what you paid for expire, you will be able to enter into a new agreement.
