I loved the feud but was not happy with the little prizewall tokens for the faction coming in 2nd place.(1k prizewall tokens)and the upgrading of certain characters was not a good idea.(chyna mostly everyone has her 5*silver of gold already. I think overall the game ran smoothly aswell.

    The good:

This is without a doubt the smoothest feud has run in the time I've been playing. Whatever Scopely did to overhaul the feud servers good job. I experienced zero red rings the entire weekend and nothing wonky or bad like the previous feud.

    The okay:

The 40mil warscore rewards were just okay. I personally didn't own a Tested Loyalty plate so that was nice to get.

The tours were okay. Requirements weren't the worst I've seen, but it also wasn't wide open like some events which is again...okay.

    The bad:

Removing the card/poster from the warscore competition continues to be a poor choice. If you aren't going to give us the card/poster to chase for at least make the feud rewards worthwhile. I think the prizewall currency was atrociously low as I'm sure others thought so too.

The prizewall was pretty bad in conjunction with the low prizewall currency. A whole slew of one time offers and the option to again buy 1/3 of a skill plate from the previous month.

Warscore leaderboard wasn't worth chasing. Even if you got 1st you didn't even come close to maxing the solo event. Just a do your 40mil or your faction minimum and go enjoy your weekend.

    Closing thoughts:

Just feels like with how the month has been the morale has been low and the events a nightmare. We just want a stable game that we can play. These events just seem like the most minimum effort put in til next month when the new level rarity is increased.

  • The trial was great. This character is a beast.

The feud itself was kinda meh. I didn’t progress nearly as far as I expected with the milestones.

This Event is one from the worst event Because to much Talent Up what can a player do if he have the character 5sg please we don't want to see this in future Hopefully you can fix it

I like that they make us use old superstars but I don't like that they are needed to get points for individual contest. I have several members in my faction who are just starting out in the game who don't even have x character they request. I would like them to change or add a new method so that they can also take advantage of the events without hassle.

Another thing and it is with the registry of the points that I have seen. When I did a fight where I received points for the first time and for an extra reward, I got double registration and I still had fewer points than I should have. I get the first reward and it adds x total, but when registering the second, it added me from a previous total that had nothing to do with it; I got that I got a reward but when I went to fights, nothing appeared.

Feud rewards have gotten pretty crappy, 4 Epic belts is lame. Grinding with the faction for 375 shards and only enough bonus points for coins is a huge drop off from the great showdown rewards for an almost equal grind. If the faction didn’t mandate it, I wouldn’t feud ever.

Lets go over the warscore leaderboards and how it played out like I predicted.

1st place without spending puts you about rank 44. 2nd place puts you to about 96th. If this were a normal event then the 1st place finisher would likely get bumped out of top 50 from spending and if it's a top 40 wouldn't even get anything and 2nd place won't finish top 100. If this pattern is going to continue there needs to be significantly more points for all placements at minimum double and likely triple points to make it worthwhile. Nobody will want to chase leaderboards if when they know 2nd place won't even get the new character and 1st place is unlikely to get it especially when there is only a handful who have any realistic shot at hitting 2nd place. Additionally making the 2nd gear only obtainable by 1 5sg pull is bad.

The only good aspect of this is that the character was a lowered shard amount allowing for better chance to recruit and allowed for people to take the weekend off because they had no benefit from the leaderboards. Prizewall overall was disappointing but the addition of the pyro princess fragment was welcome.

The Warscore Event on this was fine as it was standard for a flash feud but the talent up portion of the solo was an absolute disaster. Even though I paid for some of the pulls, I was still unable to reach all the “free” milestones. As someone already said, limiting the people that we can talent up and putting a timer on it is awful as not all of us want to put the resources to characters that we’re not going to use. The faction part of the event was what it was and that was fine. I hate that the solo part of the Faction Feud events are so limited though.

Positive: feud seemed to run great compared to the last one. Not many red rings lagging too badly.

    1200 recruit is great

Negative: required wayyyy too much talent up to reach the "free" milestones. Also having that talent up be time sensitive wasn't a good thing I don't think

  • TTB1982

You have to stop with the BS talent up conditions. A little is fine as everyone can do a bit but we had to do 100k worth this weekend. We all know its because of the low percent of trivia abusers but once again you are punishing your whole playerbase and it has to stop

Feud itself is always good (even the broken one last time) just stop thinking you have to claw back from every player because when we have unattainable "free" milestones you have a lot of critisism

While it was nice that it was only 1200 shards to recruit there were some negatives thst went along with it. The multiple options for TU was very nice, but the limited time for each was annoying. It would have been nice if the options had been up for the entire event, and not just the specific feuds. If this is going to be the norm moving forward, maybe leave a basic TU option available the entire event. I do like using the monthly free character for a tour each weekend. Makes them more relevant and feel more important to level up. The game play during the feud seemed to be smooth, but there were still some minor hiccups along the way. Overall I would give this event an 8/10.

The timed limited Talent up was a bad idea. I feel like this event was a step back wards unlike the British Bulldog event from weeks ago that was better. This solo event people barely got points and it was very limited in how you could get points for the solo event. The shards amount to get HHH was very limited as well I couldn’t recruit him maybe in the future.

The feuds ran smoother this time around but obviously that's not hard, I'm guessing you made the milestones so difficult to reach to make up for your mistake and having to make up by "giving away" (If you think doing several hundred showdown matched to get someone is giving it away) bulldog, thus making it impossible to get higher milestones without spending big money to make up for it. The greediness shouldn't surprise me any more yet you still manage to outdo yourselves.

    I'm disappointed once again.

The feuds themselves were fine. The rewards on the other hand, not so much, just not enough prizewall coins to obtain. But, it is what it is, time to move to SummerSlam week!! Let’s go!!

  • Orozen15

I think that you need to redesign the entire event...

The hours of the fast feud was horrible,

The level of the characters to reach higher levels is tough... (On the event itself not feud)

What was an improvement is the matching system of the opponents felt better than previous..

DX Army HHH was very interesting to use with his gear but solo milestone was very difficult because of the requirements was not I had at 5s. There's too much biggest amount of DX Army coins we need to get the 4sb poster. If it is somewhere to buy. Otherwise nice flash feuds this weekend will enjoy much better please give some more chance to get line bonus the line requirements also very very tuf to all. Next time you may try to change the requirements will be an usually using superstar.. That's it. Most of my faction members also couldn't get much coin to get that HHH DX ARMY..

It was a decent event overall. I wish I could have recruited him during the event! I hope it is possible to collect the rest of his shard's through an event during the "SummerSlam contest week".

    Good thing-

    No red rings in ff.

    Poor thing-

    Solo contest rewards below poor.

    Pw medallions very few .

Overall disaster event as one can't reach to even 10th milestone out of 16.

  • Meiki117

The event was not bad, but 100k Talent up is defently to much. That cost me for sure nearly 100mio coins and a lot of tp and I stopped in the middle after maxing 3 Talent ups. That's makes non sense for me. The idea with the Talent up is not bad, but a little bit more player friendly it will make it defently better.

And by the Talent up the needing wrestlers was a bit unlucky. First one only Rick Rude or if you are lucky an becomes the new Tripple H can dopple dip with tech and d generation or if you have the vip's. After then comes Chyna and 2 chynas are too d generations, after then comes HoF and one of three is HoF. There you don't have playroom to talent up. That's sucks. But maybe next time it will be better in options.

A good thing was, that not to much issues in the fights like red ring.

All at one it was a good flash feud.

  • Thomasvw

This feud weren't that great all the flash feuds only favour USA and Australian time zones, good decent flash feuds in that time and the European time zones had to sit with bad feuds, then also another thing feud 2 was so useless with the time all the other feuds only had a 20 minute per feud where feud 2 had 30 minutes I would recommend make all feuds that can take maximum 9 ss to 30 minutes and feuds that can take maximum 5 to 6 ss to 20 minutes

    The Good:

    • 1200 shards recruit in theory should make it easier if not now but in the future for people to recruit the HHH. I don't know that practically many got over 700/1200 shards but I appreciated it not having to be a 2000 shard recruit.
    • A trial before a feud like this is always beneficial and appreciated for people who want to see first hand how a character is - tier lists and videos are great but there's no substitution to seeing it first hand yourself.
    • Open, striker, open for the tours enables all players to have a go even if they don't have the bonus characters.
    • Feud ran smoothly.

    The bad:

    • It's not a good idea to skew first time points to a five hour feud vs the other three. For players in the UK the third feud was 1am to 6am - totally unfair to players in that time zone. I'd like the first time win points to be balance across all four feuds - this game is played by people around the world - not just North America.
    • I'm sure in getting people to do talent up in four separate sections rather than allowing TU on the sunday coin evo portion was an intentional way to stop double dipping on resource spending. All this did was make it so that players were so astronomically far from the next solo milestone that nobody would say "Oh I'll just do a 5 pull as it'll get me the next solo milestone" more likely they were 500,000 points away and thought, nope, not paying to do 100 pulls to hit that next one for 25 shards more of HHH. I'd recommend all talent up portions are kept for the entire weekend in future.
    • Following on from the solo comment above - once hitting 40 mill max in warscore it was a bit like meh, no need to do anything else now.
    • I don't think the feud rewards (especially for finishing top 100 factions) were particularly good. I find it mad that even after doing 7 pulls this weekend and maxiong warscore that you could finish only 8/15 milestones and only get 4,000 prizewall tokens - was at least thinking that would get 10,000 to get the striker shawn gear?
  • First time missing two feuds and still maxing warscore. So not horrible. I think I would like 2 feuds with the extra bonus split between them.

  • meh831137

    The Good:

    • The game's performance during the feud was decent for a change. Barring a single issue which became prevalent during the last few hours of the final feud (which I will elaborate further below) there were no significant, game breaking performance issues.
    • I cannot totally comment on how good or bad the feud requirements were as I had most of the requirements barring the topmost row, but the line bonuses in the bottom row for some of the feuds were interesting. The MP boosts made it feasible to play around with the trainer slots as well as to include some of the stars in the roster who usually get ignored during feuds either due to high MP cost, the MP trainer taking away a crucial trainer/coach slot, or simply because the MP trainer being needed elsewhere.
    • The contest characters at least in the first two tours had a good balance of being restrictive enough to needing to build a part of your roster but not too restrictive to paywall you out unless you tried your hand at gambling on the loot hoping to get them.

    The Bad:

    • Continuing from the top, the third tour left a lot to be desired when it came to a fair balance with the contest superstars.
    • The fact that there is a 15 million gap between the last two warscore milestones is still a bit irksome. Considering the coin/healthpack/tp/shards aren't really that generous in the existing rewards, couldn't you think of a milestone or two in between to include some of them there? There was a warscore competition a couple of iterations back (I can't remember off the top of my head) which had milestones iirc around 19 million, 25 million and 32 million between 15 and 40 million, which seemed like a decent spread. Maybe something to think about?
    • And while we are with the war score, what's with the trend of making solo points as the leaderboard award? The point of a war score event was to get people to show their feuding abilities. Flex their in game muscles. That has already been undercut with the feud steps which rewards the spenders. Now it has been undercut further to the point of irrelevance with the new leaderboard rewards. What's the point of getting 200k points by finishing top 100 in a 48 hour feud when a fat cat with an open wallet can just throw $100 dollars at you and get more points? Why should people feud now?
    • Not sure if anyone else faced this issue but near the end of the final flash feud, I started facing the issue where the game would jump out of the match and show the brawl match up screen even as the match was ongoing. This would generally occur when my character puts the AI in Submission lock. The screen would then jump to the match up screen, show that I had won the match and from here on, it would behave in a myriad of different ways. Occasionally, on pressing the back button, it would go back to the match still running in the background. On some occasions, it would allow me to proceed to selecting the next opponent character even though the animation from the current match ran in the background. And on some occasion it would freeze the screen entirely until I either kept tabbing out of the application and the tabbing back in and pressing the back button to get back into the match or just restarted the app completely. This wasn't a game breaking experience especially as the result was already decided but still made for a frustrating gameplay experience.

    The Ugly:

Oh boy, where do we start

    • First what's up with being stingy with the prize wall medallions? You expect people to go nuts feuding for 30 hours across 2 days to get..... 2000 prize wall medallions? Seriously? That gets you like 4 million coins or 400 tp which doesn't even make a dent in a single day's coin or tp event. This crosses ludicrousness is so out of touch with the game and its surrounding mechanics that it makes your "concern for its economy" all the more laughable.
    • The solo event. sigh ... The general expectation whenever a characters recruitment is set at 1200 is that he should be available to recruit if you complete all the "free" milestones, hit all the tours with the required contest characters, hit all the faction milestones, and, in case of a feud, maxed the warscore event. This is a tall order and still difficult for a significant portion of the player base but still gives out a hope that if you jump enough hoops, you can get the card effectively free and the paywall is limited to the gears in these cases. And, at first look, it did look that way, the milestone spread looked equitable. However, the execution was botched horribly in a way that can now be trademarked by Scopely. A big chunk of the points were locked behind a talent up that was timed around a focus draining ongoing feud (which gave out really crap rewards), and restrictive in more than one facet. It was as good as a paywall and to anyone with a common sense, should have had points for the bonus section. NOT the regular section. But this is of course Scopely we are talking about which does not give a flying tarnation. So great job Scopely. It would've taken a very special effort to screw up on a steady template but you successfully managed to do it.

    1. The tours were mostly doable. The Hell mode the last day had HOF taker who is comparatively rare. That being said, for the free milestones, I would like to see that the solo points are achievable and not locked behind a contest superstar.
    2. The feud was great. The NWO plate in the final milestone was awesome. The feud was super smooth after the previous debacle. Props.
    3. The warscore rewards definitely need to change. Not a fan. Not one bit. Make it worthwhile for people who decide to put in the work and reach for the top. Also, spread the rewards right through the ranks without a huge gap between tiers.
    4. The talent up was absolutely horrible in the Solo contest to reach the free points. If we didnt have a Chyna or a HOF who we could level up, we were penalized. Not to mention the resource drain. I never want to see such a scoring method ever again, please. This has to be the one of the worst scoring methods over the last few months even year I would say.
    5. Faction rewards were standard. Would always be happy with any resource that we can get.
    6. The prize wall coins - What a disaster. The prize wall items were ridiculously priced. The lack of PW coins in the free solo milestone and the low payouts for the feuds meant that this was one of the worst Prize walls designed in a long time.
    7. HHH being 1200 recruit was great but the feedback above sums up that getting him was not going to be easy unless you squeeze out resources and have all the contest superstars.

The event was more of a negative for me than the positives given the way the structure drastically changed. Not a fan. Would like to see changes made and the events get better.

I would say, triple h is a pretty great character to be my roster.

I like that hes 1200 shards, so there's a possibility,

feud was a bit buggy for me resulting in my top Superstar losing feuds, it was mildly annoying.

I would say that the event wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either and I appreciate your working to fix those glitches.

my only concern is just to make this game more favorable to free 2 play players and I'm sure it could increase your playerbase as well as reviews even if it's just for an event.

    all in all,

    good work scopely

I enjoyed the contest. Contest characters were pretty fair for most players. The prizewall was definitely a bit much. Lowering the amount of tokens from faction placement in fued was also something i can't say i enjoyed. Would like to see that raised substantially.

We need more tp and coin in the milestones. Otherwise decent contest. 👌

The Good, The Bad, and the ugly…an old movie title that fits this weekend perfectly.

    The Good

    • Feud worked, Hurray! That’s key to any weekend event, playability.
    • The 1200 shard recruit point. Everyone loves that and encourages people to participate and spend.
    • Blog was mostly accurate, but more on that in the bad

    The Bad

    • Timed portions of the weekend for TU. If there is a TU aspect to an event, make it available throughout the event. It’s not fair on a number of levels and people hate it.
    • The Prizewall and prizewall tokens instead of the monthly character shards. Flash feuds were great for chances to get those last shards needed for multiple characters and helped to encourage people to feud. The prizewall aspect alone is not great in comparison, but THIS prizewall was horribly bad, more in the ugly on that.
    • Warscore Leaderboard. There’s no real incentive to leaderboard. The amounts of solo points weren’t nearly enough. As a company, you should show you value your players time playing the game, and that leaderboard isn’t good enough period

    The Ugly

    • The portal spend event gave 500k solo points if you spent $100. It was later corrected, but in a hush hush manner. Was it wrong, absolutely. As per normal though, you made it worse by changing it instead of just leaving it. In a pvp competitive game mode, you can not allow competitive advantages like that to some and not others. Please do better, all I’m asking for is a fair and even playing field.
    • The absurd amount of Talent Up required, in a small subset of characters at specific times. You basically punished your long term players that either leveled said small group of cards or just didn’t have them. It was the absolute worst Talent Up in any event ever. Then the amount required before a major game change, I feel is just bad for your players in general and shows you all don’t care

    I have a fewsuggestions:

    • add the cards back to the warscore leaderboard for top 20, then solo points for 21-1000. Give everyone something to play for and reward those that spend so much time playing your game to rise up that leaderboard. It’s a win for everyone.
    • add shard rewards back to faction leaderboard rewards. I can’t tell you how many lost motivation when that was changed
    • if your going to use a prizewall format, make it worthwhile and the tokens somewhat more achievable without spending hundreds of dollars. Again, a prizewall was unwanted by most and THAT prizewall was horrendously bad

  • This DX Army Version Of Triple H Is My Favorite Hands Down.
