Rockers Feud Debacle

i can understand that a broken event has been lunched...i can understand that you need time to fix it but over 5 hours of broken gameplay (difficulties on enter queue,vanishing feud , easter egg faction , perkless feud that means extra coins tp and props used to adjust , lagging game as half of the buttons werent working and we had to restart game like every 20 seconds )for a 20h event and then 5 hours before feud ends the game is still broken is just too much ...

i hope people get back a bunch of coins and tp

Multiple issue here....can't get into fued...click on the join team multiple times and it doesn't acknowledge. When it does finally let me in it says I'm waiting for minutes at a time. After multiple restarts it lets me into the match with that time negated off the timer. So the match started but on my end I'm still on a timer to get in.When it ends I can't exit the match and the timer keeps clicking down, also points aren't adding up, perks aren't working, the whole thing is a mess. I get that their are problems sometimes but the whole thing should have been cancelled early on...we spend countless hours playing to try and help out teams out but we can't sit for hours wasting away to try and play a broken aspect of that game...it's a waste of everyone's time

There was no communication until at least 3.5 hours later with an in-game message and you kept feud online rather than pulling the event.

There should be an employee there on the weekends to deal with issues so situations like this can be dealt with in a reasonable amount of time.

I really hope that Scopely as a company can earn back our trust over this weekend debacle because right now expectations are even lower than before.

Please stop that ridiculous Feud! There is no balance and nothing works as it should! There is no fun to play and you are not able to fix it

I literally feel sick because of this ridiculous decision to extend the feud.

I've suffered through this for over 17 hours trying to secure a leaderboard place and I'm now being told I need to play for 28 hours straight to maintain that position.

Leaderboard places need to be paid out at the 20-hour mark if the extension is really being added for people to hit extra milestones.

I'm currently sitting 114th on the warscore leaderboard. Sounds good feud for 2 more hours and I'm golden. Nope another 8 hours added to the feud. Screw that. Already had to grind once this month.

Ok so my whole faction could not feud for 4 hrs yesterday. By the time it was fixed my faction lost 4 hrs of feud time even though the feud has been extended my faction Edge of the Razor lost 4 hrs of feuding while other faction in some way got to participate and score in thise 4 hrs. Now this morning I come back to feud and have found our that we are being completely out matched by over 40k+ oppents. I would like to feud but this is completely taking the fun out of the game. So for the next 8+ hrs I must struggle to win battles cause we are vomplrtely outmatched or have to wait out the timer because I don't want to give points away. This needs to be fixed asap. Here are my last 2 matchups not fair at all

If by completely unfair in “make good” to those who never had his shards show up… sure.

That is a horrible model to base off of.

Scopely needs to accept the loss they just took within the community. Give everyone Shawn and take a deep dive into their coding so this never happens again.

Additionally, in house weekend support must be mandated to further ensure situations like this don’t escalate to the level it has.

What about those of us who cant join a fued because it is still saying both spots are full even when they arent?
