Since the start of the feud it has said “team is full”. Therefore haven’t been able to play a since feud battle yet. Hope this will get fixed soon as it means my warscore event might not be maxed and therefore I’ll be losing out on resources affecting both solo and faction contests

I've lost close to 2000 hp, alot of solo and faction points as well as several mp ups and reduce for opponents this fued, alittle frustrating and have absolutely no speed which hurts the faction

It’s embarrassingly sad that after this last update the game has been so off and on. After spending cash to try to get the new hbk, feuding hard the first two hrs to try to hit milestones, only to have this feud fall apart. My whole faction has been locked out and unable to feud. We’ve been told that we will receive compensation via inbox message but from previous experience, this compensation is always terrible. Nothing near what would have been the rewards in the milestones. Which I know I and my faction mates look forward too for upgrades and progress in the game. All of this could have been avoided had the need to add some extremely pointless tier list as an update to the game not have ruined this whole event. I truly hope u make this right scoplay and give out necessary and useful compensation. Since many factions and players were affected. It doesn’t hurt u to be generous and give to us when your game doesn’t perform as promised and ppl spend money on it during this whole weekend event. If not u should refund us all our money we spent and give us all the milestones that we most likely would have all hit anyways. Here’s to you for ruining another event and disappointing ur customers and not truly caring about us the people who perform and pay to play.

As the feud is broken, the only fair solution is for Scopely to give the entire player base the max rewards on both the solo and faction contests. After all, we've all been taken away the 'guaranteed' chance to hit the number one spot on either of these contests...! A nice bonus would be the new Michaels for everyone, after all, he is a top 50 solo contest reward that all of us could have hit, had the feud been working!

I can’t join the feud at all says it’s full. I have yet to do 1 match. I mean at the beginning of the month some hit the jackpot and maxed the MLC the first week! TP is very scarce and y’all want to up it to 6 star characters. Now the feud happens and I’m unable to do anything. The monthly talent up has been messed up the last 2 months the mlc character tokens aren’t adding up right! The guarantee pulls are a joke the shards for some of my characters it crazy high. It’s taking the fun out the game!

Scopely promised after that new update, everything is fixed so many bugs and blah blah.. My faction five second pose fully blocked in faction feud and we can't do anything, we are falling behind in event and score board. Our solo event got impacted, we can't get any solo faction rewards cuz we can't do feud, so what is the solution? We we got blocked to do this faction feud and how our whole faction members will get their warscore milestone rewards? Scopely should have been to fix it earlier but this is the failure of whole scopely team and their developers. My whole faction Five second pose wants compensation and our warscore milestone rewards as soon as possible.

Honestly, there is only one fair and equitable fix. Anything short of putting all players at 40m warscore ( giving all warscore related rewards ) and everyone first place finish points (3m solo points) is unacceptable in my eyes.
Im not saying we all get the card, what I am saying is that everyone should get the points from the game mode that is broken on your end. The time and money that your player base has spent towards this event measured against your response to fixing it doesn’t stack up at all.
You could not provide a fair and even playing field, therefore you are responsible to make it even for all the player base.
Your marque events, that we all build our rosters for, are on the weekend. You should staff accordingly.
This event is gonna make or break a lot of people in this game, I really hope you get this right. I love this game and been around it for over 5 years now, but this is truly one of the all-time screwups.

I’m in a top 5 faction, will always max warscore milestones and faction will always max and place in top 5/10.
This has been an absolute mess, hardly any of us have been able to do anything due not being able to join a feud queue.
Whilst last week the ‘compensation’ and outcome was appreciated, this cannot be a pattern. The views of the player base are so negative towards the company always and situations like this- while not intentional- do nothing to give faith back to us as a community.
If anyone is expecting Shawn as a result - you are crazy. We’ll wait and see but I’m anticipating and hoping that you just give ALL players every faction, solo and warscore milestone reward and NEGATE the leaderboard as it is not a true representation.

Here is my concern.
What IF this gets fixed in the morning. That will do nothing for the people who dont/cant feud on Sunday. Meaning we lost out on every single reward possible.
This is multiple "errors" scopely has done and had in just a few short weeks. Its getting worse ans you do nothing about it.
I surely hope you make this right for the people who feud hard. This is not acceptable and alot of players are well past their breaking point.
Not being able to score one point is ridiculous. I was backing on the rewards. And I cant feud Sunday as usual. So this is ruined for alot of people.

I find it really shitty that almost 8 hrs into the ff it’s still screwed up to the point where my whole faction is stuck and we can’t play even one battle..
how do u have an issue this bad make post on forum and in game and still 4-5 hrs after the issue is known it’s not fixed? Or at least ff paused for everyone till it is fixed… many ppl stay up to play ff or even change how they sleep or what they do while ff is active this whole thing is a major issue and idk how much longer ppl will be ok with all these issues all the time to keep playing the game..
ff for me is my favorite mode and one I’m always looking forward to playing I also would have got to finish goat becky and pain and play bliss but I guess that’s out the window now and at the end of the day we will just get and oops here’s 5 gift boxes.. really disappointed
Then we get to feud itself. It is broken. not a little bit broken, fully broken. 99% of the player base could not get in for the first hour +. Those who did weren't able to use line bonuses or perks that they used their resources on. The big message was you still want us to leaderboard the warscore so it it feeds into the main event. That is impossible. The last bit of weekend joy has been siphoned. We are told to trust the developers, but why? For what? it's embarrassing and sad.

Geez, what else can even be said? For the sake of context, I'm also a member of The New Ministry, with my own brief resume of feud leader boarding experience. I personally was planning on at least doing my 40 million score tonight when I was done work and seeing what the room looked like when I got there. Naturally, I check into Discord and such throughout the night, see if I miss anything big, and I see the error our team all gets, with the feud queue locked so none of us can join. It's been like this.....for hours. This is just another log on the fire of the disaster that has been the last two weeks with this game. Like mentioned by bob, the lack of dev/real support on the weekends is an absolute joke, considering how much issues seem to come with weekend events.
It just feels increasingly harder and harder to justify playing and trying to financially support the game the way I have for years. There always seems to be something wrong or broken, communication always seems messed up. And like how do you even try and issue reasonable compensation for this? People spent IRL money trying to get their feud perks and stuff up. I'm at least grateful (?) that there aren't the typical sub 100 USD steps for this feud because could imagine that trash heap? Imagine spending $100 to try and compete for a top leaderboard spot and you can't. even. play. the. game.
This should have just had the plug pulled quickly. What you do with that? I'm not even sure but this whole weekend event is just too far gone. I see the message about trying to fix things to have a full feud but how does that happen? When? I feud at night, and feuds typically end when I'm back at work so what? You extend feud later where there's some people that still can't play because of real life/time zones? Maybe part of that is admittedly selfish. Plus I hate to sound like an entitled player but as someone who was going to easily clear the warscore milestones at 40m and then some, it's deeply, deeply frustrating to just feel like that ain't gonna happen.
Plus I see the way these last few weeks have messed with morale around the game. I feel like the way this tries to get solved/compensated could cause some big swings in player engagement and spending and all that. I'm not even sure what I would do, but I hope y'all can figure something out. I've tried to go to bat for this game for so long and it just feels like a big ol' ship without a captain now.

LOL, can't believe I'm gonna say this, but this is the craziest and funniest feud in all of this game's history....

FInding superstars that work without the perks, going back to the original team and so on 🧙
but that being said, you should already know what needs to be done, and by "done" I mean "compensated":
- Props: at least 50 Harts and 50 Shangos of each colour...to compensate perks appearing and disappearing
- Coins: at least 15 millions, to compensate perks and having to change trainers, coaches and promoters
- TPs: at least 2x 1000 TP Bags, because I know for sure that people had to use TPs in order to be good for a perkless feud, after already maxing the weekly event, therefore basically wasting...
- Weekend Event SOLO and FACTION pts: good amounts, if possible, since there's no way that current and final leaderboards will look like the way they were supposed to if everything had worked as intended....
- Santa Hogan Tokens: well, I mean, why not, the fifth week is supposed to be Christmas in July, right? Since we basically just had to endure Easter in July, why don't you give us a tasty preview of what's to come...

So I am leaving a second comment with my level of frustration. I was planning on using this feud to help me max the event. But now since I am stuck not being able to feud at all, I won’t get any of the rewards necessary to continue on. I do not thing that some player appreciation boxes can fix this type of mistake. I am truly looking for maximum points for warscore and rocker solo event. Please make the appropriate decision.

Been having feud issues as has everyone else. I almost got one feud done before it locked up and said “Easter egg” on leaderboard. I think the only fair compensation is to give all solo and faction milestones and as far as faction leaderboard reward to be fair to everyone prize is same as last feud, so if your faction ended in the 30’s to 40’s that is what your team gets. All other solo and faction rewards should be given to everyone.

Our faction was completely locked out of playing feud as our queue was jammed up.
Huge loss for us as we ALWAYS have a super strong showing in feuds.

Most issues have been repeated in here indefinitely. We're now over 7 hours my faction hasn't been able to have anyone join a brawl. Any compensation short of all milestones plus some extra won't be enough. I've already canceled any subscriptions I've had for the game. Clearly any money made by the game isn't being used effectively.

I would like to thank you for the Feud not working so I could get this amazing amount of sleep in. Man I feel great this morning. I see it's still not working. Looks like I can get an extended nap in now too.

New feature might have been developed on accident out of this feud glitch.
Feud was automatically ending after one member completed their lane.
example. 7 opponents top lane
6 opponents bottom lane.
if the person on the top lane finished all 7, and the person on the bottom lane was against opponent 5…
the person on the bottom lane would see the timer reduced and they would finish the 5th opponent.
once they went the the brawl screen, the feud would be over. This made it faster to score because you did not have to wait on a slow teammate.
I would potentially recommended a test on maybe adding this feature in flash feud. This was actually better and saved a ton of time. You feud fast or have to get another teammate next round.

This has been the most broken feud. Can't play dino mat he'd and if they finish the match is still open even when everyone is dead. Incredibly frustrating

Well...I could rant and rant and rant about this but I think I'll just leave it at this right now...
The fact that this feud has been allowed to stay live with all these issues affecting the entire player base shows a massive disconnect between scopely and the players. The amount of discontent that has been allowed to be fostered by this broken event is embarrassing on every level. Not having someone available to address this right at the start when everyone realized it was broken but there was radio silence for over 3 hours before even acknowledging an issue is appalling. I have been looking forward to having this particular character added to the game for awhile and to not have the opportunity to properly attempt to chase and acquire him is disappointing. This needs to be addressed in a major way not just in compensation to the players but in addressing the way you conduct things going forward.
