Do old superstars ever come back into some sort of loot rotation? Only asking because I started playing again recently and I'm still missing SB kofi to where I can have all the color mps covered.

Santa Hogan tokens are not going to change. It is a premium currency and you will be expected to pay for them. We might be able to pick up a few tokens in July if they have an event.
