FACTION BOSS SOLO CONTEST ISSUE

I'm sure I'm not alone on this, so I'm reaching out to the rest of the community to seek some support.

During the FACTION BOSS solo contest, there was a portion of it that gave you 200 points per faction boss coin you collected. My faction earned 1500 of said coins after the event ended. We did not receive those coins till well after the event ended and the timer for the solo contest ended as well. The worst part about this is that if the timer for the solo contest had not ended before I received those 1500 coins from the faction rewards it would have added 300k points to my solo score and I would have gotten the 10th and final milestone, which included the tiara plate and other various rewards. Other members of my faction were in the same position I was. A few that I know of messaged support and got the points and or rewards they should have received, which in turn, got them the 10th and final milestone from the solo event. Myself and another member of my faction have been denied on more than one occasion by support, not only in game support but also via email. This isn't right. If support is going to reward some the rewards then it should reward EVERYONE FOR SAME ISSUE. Support has told me they knew of the issue with the timer and they will make it up to me during the next event. I dont want that. I want the rewards I earned for THIS event. Rewards that others asked for and got. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

    I for one agree it’s kind of unfair to the player base That you compensate one but not all especially those that rightfully earned those rewards

    I wasn't affected by this personally but a lot of faction mates and friends were.

    There needs to be a better system in place for resolving these issues quickly and fairly. The Khali event was another recent example of players having completely different resolutions for the same issues.

    If a 'fix' can't be done by the devs during the event, support needs to be given clear advice on how to handle these issues. Communication also needs to be sent out on official channels telling players to contact support. We know how quickly issues in the players' favor are resolved, so let's see some effort made when these issues go against our progress.
