Epic Shard Chests Changes

It appears that recently, Lana and the Fiend were removed from the Epic Shard chests and replaced with striker Ronda Rousey and Ken Shamrock. Why aren’t the players notified ahead of time when these changes are going to take place?

I had been hoarding shard chests to improve my odds of pulling the last shards that I needed for the Fiend, and now he’s been removed with zero notice to the players. Meanwhile, Velveteen Dream, another superstar no longer with the company, remains in the epic shard chest.

I just pulled the Fiend’s gear from the gear loot last week ( the Fiend and Lana gears are still available in the Gear Loot, but they were both removed from the Epic Shard Chest? Why?)

It’s just disappointing that certain superstars’ shards/posters are removed from the game (presumably forever since the superstars have departed the company) and the players aren’t given notice of when the superstars will be removed or even a final chance loot to pull them. I really hope that Scopely considers changing this and gives the players a last chance loot or at least notifies the players in the future when future supertstars are being removed from the game.
