How do we get them to actually care about the players and stop lying to us?

The title pretty much says it all. How can we as a player base get them to see that we are tired of the lies and the not actually listening to us and them consistently making the game worse on us? They tell us its a "Month long web coin flash market". But then its not supposed to start till second week in. Well that's a lie right there, because then its not an actual month long event. They've told us it would start this week and yet it didn't. That is another lie they have given us. They have shown time and time again most recently by cutting trivia energy that as it stands they do not care at all about us. They only care about the whales. Those of us who do buy stuff but maybe not in the thousands of dollars a day or weekend just do not matter. The f2p players do not matter. They are destroying the ability to grind to help the faction or play and enjoy the game. They are making it a job. I personally loved the idea of the kickoff tour. I thought it was great for my faction everyone loved it. Then this month they murdered the value of each time we beat that boss so we have to sit and do more and get no real rewards from it. The prices keep going up. The rewards and chances for rewards keep going down. How do we get them to listen. How can we get them to make the game enjoyable for both Whales and the rest of us who spend money or are f2p? Trivia was the answer but they murdered that too. Please give suggestions you think will help us convince Scopely to listen to us players and stop lying to us and give us a proper game like it should be.
