Has the look of a failed event from the onset. How absurd is it that the weekend event doesn't even have any MLC solo points or KÒ shards in it and you've eventually found a way to incorporate a game mode that requires spending to make a dent.

Has the look of a failed event from the onset. How absurd is it that the weekend event doesn't even have any MLC solo points and No KO shards, RIP tps and coins.. we will be missed😔😔

Is anyone surprised that scopely once again look to rinse their player base of their money?
honestly are you guys even trying to hide your cash grabs anymore?

You know that everyone saying, this event failed from the on set because this is last week to earn mlc solo points and faction points and KO shades. and also tps and coins.. we will be missed resources for next month long events😔😔

Happy to see new Randy Orton version in wwe champions game but missed also mlc solo and faction points and etc. Just wait and watch new RKBRO version 😁😁😁

I'm gonna give honest feedback here and not sound too whiney because that accomplishes nothing and to preface, I'm okay with the faction event being spend, they're fine occasionally
However, 10,000 pulls between everyone in the faction is in mine and everyone else's opinion, an unreasonable number that is going to be difficult for people to achieve.
To put this in perspective, you're asking for people to put down 300 bucks (roughly) for 1%
My suggestion is simple, keep the event as a spend event but increase the points given by a factor of 5 or 10
This would provide a far more reasonable price-point for factions to complete, especially as a lot of the available shards this week hinge on it

$30,000 to max the faction event. Let’s GO!
0 -
Before the event even starts, the staggering amount of paid pulls needed for the faction to max is very tone deaf.
0 -
It is disappointing for a lot of people that the final event in the MLC doesn't have solo MLC points in it. There are a few people pretty close to maxing, but to have no possible points to receive is frustrating for them. Solo points should be included on all weekend event milestones during an MLC.

Definitely a money grab event, which is understandable from a business standpoint...but damn!!! Y'all asking too much for too little points in return, need to make the return on investment a little better...even for the big spending factions this is ridiculous.
0 -
I see that faction and mlc points were added to satiate the playerbase, that's great! However the fact that the faction contest still only gives 1000 per loot coin and 10m max is disheartening to say the least

I can't wait until I get Randy Orton that I can used him and I like the contest and that faction . SO I love it.

Was looking forward to this returning to see if it had been improved. First an hour delay and now the whole event has disappeared. Dissapointing!

Event after event all these are spending money.....

Why even give feedback when they don't even respond back which shows they don't care about opinions. Next month is gonna be the same hell mode is gonna be premium characters again they are phasing out f2p people

I'd like to give feedback, but I can't even do boss battles. When the match is about to start, I get a message box telling me I've been kicked from the lobby due to my connection timing out. Everything else works like normal except for boss battles.

The only issue for this event is the spend faction competition. Being in a lower level faction means the event is obsolete. For the last event of the MLC, not getting any resources from the faction competition will hurt the players in lower level factions for this and the next MLC.

I liked the contest and faction boss although I think a 4sg recruit would've been more suitable. 3000 shards is a long shot.
Also maybe consider giving incentive to help your faction mates finish the lower boss levels if you've already done them. As it is right now you get nothing for doing lower levels again which vastly reduces the incentive to help your faction mates which are stuck on lower levels.

Alright, been a minute since I've done one of these, but I wanted to talk about faction boss again. Let's do this.
- Not gonna talk much about the faction contest because it's been well-tread. It's a spend event and a pretty ridiculous one at that. Pretty much an automatic disregard.
- The shard counts for Orton I was worried about, as he's a 5SB recruit, but it seems like that's been addressed by giving out several million bronze shard bags, which does the job... alright, actually. However, anyone who recruits at 5SB or higher might as well be labeled 'pull-only' as far as I'm concerned, so the shards feel a bit moot.
- Rewards are okay, especially given half the milestones in the entire event are 'bonus milestones', which may give the game away as to how bare-bones the event feels over the weekend. Still, Countdown to WrestleMania medallions are welcome, even if certain other items (KO shards outside of deep into bonus, no Rhea tokens whatsoever) are just missing.
- Return of faction boss. This is what I came back to talk about. It's definitely been smoothed out a bit (requiring group faction quests to play the mode was a terrible idea, glad it's gone) and live play runs better than I expected, but the general flow still feels flawed for pretty much everyone outside of the very top factions.
- The big thing is the hoops a team has to jump through to get through a fight - as is with boss fights, the basic idea is to break the shield, and then whack away at the boss until he's done. This is simple, but I feel most people aren't really getting, from my experience. Part of that is it's difficult to actually determine what the hell the boss is going to do until you're in the fight (you can only view the abilities if you start up/join a lobby, and even then they don't even give you basic information (i.e. 'Damage per MP' - what kind of MP? How much damage?) and another is how much the shields seem to force at least one person into that role of shieldbreaker that, in my experience, almost nobody actually takes up. And really, the shield kinda takes away from any sort of divergence because as soon as that godforsaken shield comes up, pretty much anything distinguishing about a character goes away - if you're a green gem guy, you try desperately do to your thing before the rest of your team gets KO'd. If you're anyone else, you sit on your hands and wait for the green gem guy to do their job. And in my experience, no one is really capable of doing both, at least at the higher levels of the boss.
- A lot of my boss fights have felt nearly insurmountable, but that's arguably due to the sorts of characters I've run into during my feud. I've had full lobbies of level 7+ lobbies full of guys like NXT Black, Mutant Cena, and IOW Austin. That is to say, I'm outside the top 100 factions and there's maybe 10-20 people in my faction who have a great roster, and most other people are rolling what they can. The health and shield requirements essentially mean that these people are blank slots in a fight, especially since half of the time they do not have a boss breaker equipped, however good those abilities do especially since they take time away from your turn. With how limited boss battle feels past maybe rank 5 (where you start needing someone at 5SS or higher who has either a way to pump out ridiculous amounts of damage or spamming a certain gem color) it feels hard to get any headway past your initial efforts between one's natural roster limitations and having to rely on three people to walk the walk. Global matches are not the solution, as I believe most people with a competent enough roster for the job will be in an appropriate faction and sticking to it exclusively.
- Doubling down on that, these don't work like the other modes - you get a guy who's good for showdown, you're gonna do well in every showdown. You get a guy good in feud, he'll be good in every feud. That's obviously an exaggeration with meta shifts, but the point is that you generally know what you're getting into in both modes. In faction boss, the entire way you approach a boss will (presumably) change every time the event comes around, so if you build someone up for one boss, they'll more than likely be useless on the next one. This isn't quite the same issue as 'Oh guys who have only freebies won't get past level 3', it's more about getting blindsided when a boss comes around telling you to make 200 reinforce gems, and you find yourself dead in the water because you don't have someone to address that because why would you - it's never been asked of you in any other mode. This is, again, subverted slightly by the fact that DPS guys will always be valued (i.e. Macho King, Striker Randy, Omos, PH KO), but the shield mechanic means that they won't be doing much without the aforementioned shieldbreaker, or the boss could specifically counter a color they use and they take too much damage to be viable. Even with a large roster, people don't typically take guys to 5SG on a lark, and I doubt people will just to get past one boss and possibly no others with said character.
- And even disregarding all that (I know the inevitable response to the faction portion is 'get into a better faction' but I'm not gonna go into that tangent here), I think the biggest issue with this being a weekend event is how much time one will likely want to put into boss battle. I found that I was able to get into level 5 battles, do relatively well, and then what? I can plug away at higher difficulties as I go on (and was able to go up to rank 9 on one of my characters) but for the most part it felt like dead air, which may be a godsend compared to the cram sessions that are feud but it's still odd to have for a mode with such fanfare. It's not entirely unwelcome (I did spend the second day here reevaluating who would be best and actually made some evolves to accommodate) but it's something I thought worth mentioning.
- This deserves its own bulletpoint - either I'm able to get choose moves off after the timer expires, or I'm not. Pick one and go with it, because I feel like it's a coin flip on whether I'm able to get one last move off or if the game's just going to steal all the MP from a move I attempted and it's infuriating every time it happens.
- Some more positives about faction boss because I feel like I've been ragging on it - token payouts feel pretty good even if the store refreshes once a week (looking forward to getting IOW Rock in 2028), not requiring healthpacks at all basically saves this mode from being irrelevant, and there is something centrally basic about teaming up with your buddies to take down a bigger threat. I just wish it was still accessible outside of the very lowest levels, and that it wasn't so strict at enforcing specific playstyles to get anywhere at all.

I love everything about this game, this contest was just like all the others, epic.

The game mode itself is playing better this weekend. I do not like the game mode itself as of now. Unless you have a top character for this in all classes it isn't fun. When playing Riddle it was ok as I can really help. Without its boring trying to do what you can to break shields.
The punishment for using mp move of a color is a horrible idea that has hurt those with smaller rosters even more.
Rewards are meh at best based on current coin tp event levels.
The faction boss coins are the only good thing about this event imo and even those aren't that exciting as getting more than 200 shards of anyone is extremely expensive.
Also if the event is part of an mlc make it part of the mlc with proper rewards. By doing what you've done in nerfing the rewards and making this the final event you have made it disliked before even trying it out. Do not let that confuse you however intriguing that is the real problem with the mode. Ut is that you've made a solo experience into a multi-player one with no proper communication in game as well as a mode that doesn't play well when using multiple servers. On top ofbitnthebrules are way too convoluted.

For me it’s buggy as hell. Just went through two battles unable to use my moves which sucks when you can make a line of green. Half the time I get the no connection error.
Edit
Adding to this I tried the web portal on my computer to see if it was any better and I can't even join a battle from their. I'm able to maybe complete 1 out of 4/5 battles due to lag and freezing on the phone. Its taken the entire weekend to get 9 winning battles in. I'll probably skip the event in the future

Really the best part of this event was that we had the weekend off other than doing a handful of boss battles. So if the intent was to let us comfortably enjoy WrestleMania, then job well done there.
The milestones were generally good, players could get a decent amount of medallions just from doing tours and claiming portal items.
If you want feedback on the faction boss battle itself, I’ll add some of that here. I think you’ll hear complaints about the economics and the difficulty - I won’t really get into that. My main issue is with the clunky nature of the game mode. There is a lot of lag and given that you have four players connected to the same game, there are way too many animations going on. Please scale some of that back so the game can flow much quicker without lag and delay times waiting on animations that serve no purpose. Simple is better.
All in all, it’s about what I’d expect from an event tied around a new game mode that is in beta. Not great, not terrible. 7/10 here.

- Contest itself - seems like there's opportunity to progress pretty easily in the solo mode. Spending always plays a factor, but that's expected since its your biggest revenue driver. That being said, I do not like that the faction contest is strictly "if your faction spends the most, you win." Spending will always be a variable in the contests, but it shouldn't be the only variable.
- Boss Breaker - I like that new game modes are being tried. I think most would agree that same outline for MLCs (Showdown/Feud/Showdown/Flash Feud) can get pretty boring after awhile, so it is nice to have some different for a change. However, Boss Breaker is still incredibly buggy. When it was working smoothly it was pretty fun, but it felt like almost every session I played had myself or one of my teammates having some sort of issue. Issues that came up:
- Joining a lobby, but the not loading in once the session starts.
- Frequent lag that sometimes affected outcomes of sessions. Worst instance was the boss taking its turn, and then being stuck on the boss turn, not being able to continue.
- A challenge of boss breaker, but not necessarily a bad one, is it requires way more communication among your faction compared to the other weekend game modes. I experienced a lot of my faction members trying to brute force the boss on Turn 1. That's fine for the lower levels, but once the shield for the boss goes up Turn 2, their character ends up being useless because they pick their strongest person and had no regard for their shield. This mode definitely will require more prep before the event actually starts. Even with prep, is the shield threshold a bit extreme? Maybe, honestly I would like to play it more before deciding, but I know others have voiced their concerns about bottle-necking your roster when the shield requires a lot of gems to be broken.
Overall I think Boss Breaker has potential, but all the bugs and problems with lag and connection need to get worked out ASAP, otherwise I think most people will want to just skip out due to frustration.

I love Randy Orton from childhood
and RKBro is a good character, hoping to get him.

Overall the faction boss game mode has potential to be a fun addition to the game. I liked that in order to get solo points for the contest I wasn't tied to the game all weekend as other game modes have me in order to compete at a higher level.
As another person said there needs to be better rewards to go back and do lower levels. Also, for free accounts and lower league accounts that might not have the rosters as some higher leagues or pay to play players, there should be maybe a 2nd weakness. Having only one weakness for each boss locks players that have lower rosters out of participating effectively when they might want to whether or not they have played for a longer time and just have had bad luck at getting a higher roster.

The individual event was fine, I'd rate it 5.7/10 because I've decided to rate things on the basis of how many milestones can be hit through gameplay alone. If an event can't be maxed through gameplay then the rating is capped at what can be achieved.
With that criteria in mind, the faction event gets a zero.
Tours were nice. I dont know what else to say about them.
Boss battles are where its at. I think this is a great addition to the game. Needs some tinkering but its a good start. Far better than the invasions ever had any potential to be.
There needs to be a much better description of how the boss battles work. Scopely has consistently been terrible at explaining just about every aspect of this game but you pick it up if you keep at it.
Needed improvements:
-moves that get off before the timer runs out need to count. Right now their effects don't trigger AND you lose the MP.
-Too much lag and red ringing.
-moves with long animations put users at a significant disadvantage. I dont think this is intended. This is especially a problem if the timer runs out during the animations.
-Theres no reason putting a character in the roster should lock them out of use elsewhere.
-More transparency in the rewards that will be received for winning (in this case the faction contest points, nothing says you're going to earn those or how much).
-There should have been a tie in for rkbro faction event points for boss wins.
I'm sure there will be tweaks to this. But its the first thing added to the game in a long time that I actually like

Feedback for Randy Orton RKBro Faction Boss Event
Positives
- The solo event was great only if you had the required characters such as a strong Randy and Riddle.
- 4 nodes for the solo tour is a good amount so keeping them to 3 or 4 is the way to go in my opinion.
- Was able to get all the milestones before Bonus without having to spend much at all.
- Releasing a $5USD Faction Boss promoter was a good call and a lot of us were more than willing to spend for this. Thank you for this offer along with a rare Mr T for $20.
Negatives
- Are you kidding? $300 for every individual to max the faction event. Was an easy pass for me and all our faction mates. Why not reduce this and start small? You get to test the water and see what's that like so you can stay in the fine line of balance of an acceptable amount of spend. The vault tech cena event was probably a good example of this.
- A new Randy is nice but again another Showboat when you still don't have an Acro or Trickster Randy. Felt like this Randy could have been delayed for a little later in the year.
- Requirement for Hell needing Tech Brock sucks considering how rare he is. I'm just glad there were no solo contest points locked behind him.
- Flash market went back to the previous version this weekend. Should have continued keeping it similar to the previous ones we've had last weekend and during mid-week.
Suggestions to improve Faction Boss and others
- Playing Faction Boss the second time seems like a slightly better experience knowing how the gameplay works however still feels quite restrictive in terms of having to use a certain superstar with Green Submission Moves that could put out the most damage. I think the mode could have been less restrictive and allow people to play ease so it's not off-putting. I understand this is where people need to co-ordinate with each other in order to beat the boss but again it's a new mode and people aren't very familiar with the gameplay so making it less restrictive would have been better like instead of green submissions make it all submissions and remove that red mp move that destroys your character because this means I cannot use anyone with red MP moves or I get demolished due to Brock's move.
- The game mode is still very laggy and not smooth at all. I can't seem to play a single game where I see a full 4 team play as there's always one person who disconnnects and we're down to just 3 people taking on a Level 9 or 10 boss.
- When fued started out it was 5v5 and after reducing it to 2v2 it was a lot better. Faction boss is bringing up the need again to have 4 people to try and take down a boss. The issues with needing 3 or 4 is having to wait for people and the fact that we're all on different timezones just means there isn't many active faction mates on when we want to play.
- What about the idea of allowing multiple factions to ally themselves for Faction Fued. Our faction has multiple sister factions so if we could be a faction of 300-400 people, we'd probably enjoy this better considering some factions are stronger and lower factions could rely on the assistance of bigger factions to help out.
- Personally I enjoyed the new mode and could get used to it. It doesn't feel grindy like Showdown or Fued and I can just do what I can or need to and have a relaxed weekend.
- It's annoying when you're at the end of the timer and you perform a move where animation takes time and results in not carrying out the move. I think you should allow the move to be finished rather than just have us waste the move or instead not eat our MP should this go overtime.
- Have you ever thought about releasing a poll and asking the community who or which character they'd like to see released next or better you come up with few options and let the community vote on it? This way you engage the community and give them someone who they look forward to seeing in-game. May be once a month to see how that works out?
