Showdown reset

It would be good if the showdown reset could be adjusted to local timezones. At the moment it is unfair that the UK and similar regions are disadvantaged with the rest being early on a Sunday morning meaning other regions can gain notoriety easily in other timezones but we need to either stay up in to the early hours to be at a good notoriety level and hope not to be attacked or get up really early to try and bring it back up to a good level before rest
