When did they change the backstage pass from 8 bags to 4 bags

Never, it always was and still is 7 bags, I think you are misunderstanding with the extra bonus 3 bags they gave making it 7+3=10 bags total in 2 collectable items

Did they change BSP again?
I, like an idiot, didn't read what's in it this week before buying it. I know, I know, dumb.
It used to be 7, plus 3 free in store. This week I think I got 1, plus 3 weekly free and 3 24 hour free. I expected 13 but have 7.
