Gameplay

I recently left the game. After spending years, and minutes with friends and family, I was at a point where it didn't make sense anymore. You are completely disconnected with your player base. In every aspect. And your ego won't let you grow or improve - I see no other explanation.
You are stale. You are stagnant. Your idea of offering a tour competition is a joke. Your mlc structure hasn't changed in years. You crippled blitzes and key value. You destroyed team value. You are washing the field with new ss, that are unobtainable unless you spend. And the amount of new guys poses disinterest. Why even push for 3/4 of a card i stare at?. Even feud and showdown has become a pay to wag contest. Your flood of spend events is ridiculous. In fact, every event that you have offered can be manipulated by spending; the sad part is, none of your spenders are interested because its...it's.. oh yeah. STALE. Aside from fakeli that is 😉. Hey, Some of us have to get action somehow.
Let me log in. Claim my bonus. If I'm not on in the first 15 minutes in a top faction, forget the bonus team points... you are so discombobulated when it comes to team events it makes me wonder if you actually have developers. Let us see some events where members cap out - not the team. Where random previous cards are required, not your elite tops. Where it takes a teensy bit of thought to complete. Not. Oh, throw riddle training macho and you win. Make it fun ffs. You had an interesting approach with boss breaker, and then dropped your balls. Because it's not fun, or interesting. And if you've no intent to change things. Then close your doors now.

A lot of valid criticisms brought up that I agree with. Let me elaborate on a few things that I think need changed or improved:
- Faction Feud and SD. That's all. It's a weekly rotation between these two events, for the better part of 5 years. Look at another wrestling game, WWE Supercard. They started out with two weekly events and they're up to I think 6 or 7 now? Champions can't even come up with one more weekend event that stays in the rotation for more than an iteration or two?
- Farming. Or lack there of. It's basically useless after about 4sb or so. No way to get any usable amount of TP or coin when a single move takes 300+ TP to level up or it takes 1mil+ coin per level. 5x or 10x TP or 5k coin simply doesn't cut it anymore. I guess I can get more 2ss tokens that have pretty much no use now?
- Lack of scaling. I think the game started with max 3ss? Or maybe even 3sb? Either way, back then a health pack healing 10k HP was fine as most wrestlers needed 4 or 5 to fully heal. Now, we've got wrestlers with 100x as much health yet no long-term solution has been implemented. Instead, the solution is just needing thousands or tens of thousands of health packs in case a team gets wiped out during feud. Same thing with some trainers, move damage, etc. Since move damage increases linearly while HP increases exponentially, anyone over about a year old that wasn't top top tier is basically useless. A move that scales up to dong 50k at 5SG might as well not do anything at all. Trainers like Razor Ramon (max +150 purple damage) suffer similar issues.
- Effort =/= rewards. Every weekly character is basically obtained one of three ways - Lucky bag pull, Lucky Loot pull, or getting 75% of the shards and then paying out the nose for the other 25%. None of these methods has anything to do with actual effort, especially since most contests can simply be completed by spending with no/minimal gameplay. There's simply no way to grind for a character.
- Unclear long term goals / FOMO. One of my biggest gripes is that I never know what's going on in the game. The calendar is almost always wrong, outdated, or just a copy/paste mess of errors. I have no idea when, if ever, shards of incomplete guys will be available until a day or two beforehand. There's no clear path for getting the MLC chase character, as shards are just haphazardly thrown in events and not revealed until last minute. For instance, some weekly characters might have 50x or 100x shards in a prize wall the next week, others might not have any shards available for months. So I don't know if I should spend for those last 100x shards that I need or if I'll get them for free in a milestone two weeks later.
- Shard System Overall. It's just a mess. It's basically a trap to get you to pay $$$ for something that has no actual value unless you have enough to reach the arbitrary milestone. Once a character is unlocked, you either get so few shards as to be worthless, or so many shards as to be unusable. 95% of the characters I unlock are from pulls, and half the time once I get enough shards to unlock someone, its months or even years later and they are barely relevant anymore.
- Loot pulls. The worst of the worst. Completely deceptive to the point of being nearly criminal. Just as an example, I think Typhoon was a "featured" in every loot pull this week. A free character from two years ago. How great would it be to hit that 1% jackpot and get Typhoon? Since we don't know the actual odds of every individual card, there's no way to place any type of value on a number of loot coins. The weekly card is almost guaranteed to be a 1 in a 1000 pull or less. Even the "guaranteed" rares, very rares, or mega rares turn out to be nearly useless shards 75% of the time, or the same extremely common wrestlers at 4sb or 4ss the other 25% of the time.

@The Modfather J In case you were curious, you've got just over 4.3 million excess shards on those screenshots alone. Let's say every one of those was a 4sb pull (about average these days, but generous overall), and half came from free league pulls (also generous). That would equate to approximately 1800x paid pulls. Averaging $2.50 a pull, that's very conservatively $4,500 in pulls that have provided you zero benefit. I'd estimate it's probably twice that, but the point stands. Almost $5k that literally is completely worthless. :)

I’ve sadly thrown away WAY more than that on this app, there was a time they tried selling premium loot pulls at $10 a pull all with disappointing results. Here’s a bigger picture scrolling down after the last pic:

@The Modfather J Oh, I am aware of how much all that costs, as I'm not immensely far behind. I'd estimate that VIP 11 is about $10k, VIP 12 is about $25k, and VIP 13 is about $50k. I'm just pointing out that those you had in the screen shot are literally the worst of the worst (at least two years or more out of the current meta), and really shouldn't be in any loot past VIP 7 or so, and certainly not in any type of paid pull, and CERTAINLY CERTAINLY not in any type of premium pull. The fact that some are still considered "featured" is just ludicrous. Yet, here we are! :)

The problem is. There's zero ingenuity.
You want to do a spend event? Fine! Make it fun and worthwhile . Make your money! But also make fans!
Either make an endgame for more than solo leaderboards, or make it team oriented. Eliminate HH Booker shards (among others), as you do NOT Utilize a fuse point, and pretty sure the community can take him 6ss at this point.

Week 1.
Talent up - runs too long. We prep all month for something that could be accomplished in 24-48 hrs tops. (Yes Chris)
Recently, you switched to tour contest. Several days are faction capped. Make it individual capped (each player can complete 10/day). Then you don't have one robusto carrying the team. If someone wants to grind, leave it to the last day. People out here claiming that they have the best teams, but it's 4 or 5 individuals doing the work. Fix that. The change from blitz to tour was nice, but then you have rng for keys on third loot, and once the team has maxed, you check out.
Honestly. Ditch daily competition or resets. You have dailies, and claims in game and online, and stips, that reset daily. Thats enough. MLC tie ins shouldn't run midweek, unless they run all week. You go get a 9-5 job and show me you can adequately compete in a top 10. Because you cannot. And what you are a a ING of people? It's a second fucking job - so give them time, or don't make it a competition. You have an amazing player base that want and craze gameplay. And you are straight wasting it. You don't acknowledge your mvps. You don't acknowledge your spenders. You tie everything to an existing competition and then cop out. To be continued...
Boss breaker. This avenue has so much potential. And you shirk it.
I'm tired of throwing plausible ideas at the wall like spaghetti. You've much room to grow. But you don't. So continue to watch you player base shrink, unless you've the gall to consider better.
