False Inactive faction

Our faction members keep getting a random pop-up to join a faction. Also we have had reports of people searching our faction in game and not getting any results. We are afraid this is affecting our recruiting and faction rewards. Has anyone else experienced these issues? I've post a help ticket with little to no help

Yes the team is aware of this issue. It seems to be randomly happening so as much Info as you can provide will be helpful. Faction name, individuals affected, etc
