Constant crashing

It seems like at least once or twice a week while I do the stipulation or marquee stipulation tours the game crashes on me costing the ability to complete the stipulation tours and costing my superstars health.
this is annoying! I am not going to be spending my igc so I can complete the stipulation tours because of an issue of the weekly game freezing and crashing
