Those little Stairs in loot?

I am completely perplexed on how to use these ? I’ve tried everything , any tips on how and win to use these ?

    I’m following this. I claim the free stairs and they never work when I try to apply is to the feud. Thanks for help!

    i think you have to go to perks and its one of the faction feud upgrades that will need the stairs

    Feel the same. I tried many times to do this and it never works. Any help would be appreciated.

    ygo to the perks and use them in the faction feuds upgrade

    you have to have an empty slot for them, and I think you can only equip them while a feud is active

    To use the stairs. Typically you need to open a fresh perk slot for the feud. And it’s usually the last category to add them. Seems to only be accessible during the feud.

    very awkward and lacks information associated with them. I was confused for so long. I’ve given up on them. They only increase your war score by 1-5%
