In-game cash issue

I've recently brought two in game cash deals via the portal,now they have showed up on my in-game inbox but I collect them and it just disappears and doesn't get added.

I then try to get through on the chat but the auto bot isn't doing bugger all and I've tryed to find the correct ticket to use but I can't. Any help would be appreciated.
