Moving to leagues 17 & 18 makes certain cards unavailable in Gold League pulls

Once you move into leagues 17 and 18, you lose the ability to pull certain characters exclusive to the Gold League Loot. These characters peak at certain levels of the loot so you simply can't ever pull them once you move up.

* A few months ago I went from 16 to 17 and noticed that Acro Jimmy Uso was no longer available to pull in League 17.

* During Christmas feuds I went from 17 to 18 and just noticed that I can no longer pull Trick Seth or Tyler Breeze, whom I was actually going to resubscribe to the gold loot for to pull

This may be an oversight, or it may be deliberate. Either way, not cool. Maybe make their shards at least available in League 18 silver loot so players still have the ability to pull them, but to just have them no longer available because you've moved up in the world doesn't seem fair.
