How to use christmas keys ?

Hi, the title explains itself. I have many keys by doing events during the past few days but I can't find a way to spend them. Their description mention a conspiracy briefcase to open and I saw videos of people opened a loot box with it but I have nothing in my loot section. Help me please. Thank you.

    the briefcase key pulls are in the loot section with the other loots, you needed to be league 10 before the MLC started to have access to them

    Yeah thank you, support answers me. It's League 7 btw.

    I came back in the game during the event so even at league 10 I can't use my keys.

    Never seen a gacha spits on the face of new players or old players return like that. It's infuriating and frustrating. I have 50k and more keys and can't use them.

    It's even dishonest (illegal ?) since the shop offers me to buy keys with actual money even if they useless.

    So bad, I don't understand how a company can be so greedy and so excluding.

    Hello pinchnou, I would suggest continuing to work with support. Unless you started the month under league 7 the key pulls should be available to you.

    They don't care. I started playing in the early years of the game (back then 3 stars wrestlers were a real big deal) and stopped few years ago because I had no time to play anymore. There was no league back then so when I connect early December I have been promoted instantly to league 9 but since before that I wasn't ranked at all. So support send me to hell. But the real problem is : there is no ingame message to explain that so I farm those missions for nothing and worse I can buy keys with real money even if they totally useless for me. It's unethical and surely illegal.

    Assuming you purchased keys and were unable to use them support would be able to assist with a refund or replacement.
