How can we call this Support?

I see a recent change that has me really thinking that the time to walk away from this game might just be very near. If you cannot even get a proper human response from support of a game that you have been playing for almost close to 5 years now, then why even play the game anymore.


I have attached screenshots of a very general example of how support works these days. How many health packs? Why do i not get to send screenshots of my injured guys? How does support know how many times the glitch happened during the course of four flash feuds?

And the ticket got closed just like that. How can a support ticket be closed without the resolution of the issue?

    I removed your screenshots as the forum guidelines mention not to put any screenshots from support.

    from what I saw in your screenshots that seemed like a pretty straight forward "I crashed and want my HP back" issue which the support bot is exactly the kind of basic tickets it's intended to clear from clogging the support queues from more complicated issues and it sent you HP back, what "resolution" was there left that needed the ticket to stay open? and if that's the case open another ticket that's what support is for, no one on the forum team can do anything about support issues.

    You can still attach screenshots. It sounds like you didn't go through the IVR .

    That was just an example. Also my apologies about attaching those screenshots. My complaint mainly is the same thing happened when i tried to put a ticket in for my missing final milestone of faction MLC. The bot said "account flagged for review and compensation will be sent, if any within 24 - 48 hours". And boom, the ticket got closed.


    Plus since the last feud this is what has been happening. I have had 10 instances of crashes during the last feud and few over this flash feud. I have got zero HPs back. It gets really frustrating having screenshots and getting back none. Add to that i am missing 40 sami zayn shards, a bunch of various token cases and a choose skill plate medallion. And i am sure to get none of that

    you might want to post in the bug report forum and fill in the infos about that crashing issues, that is clearly not normal nor a general issue either
