Superstar Gear Loot

Hi. I've been playing the game for almost a year and I just recently found out that there is supposed to be a "Superstar Gear Loot" section in the Loot shop. I'm league 13, I've researched, uninstalled, updated, logged out, and sent messages to support, but I can't find any explanation for why I can't have a loot shop. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I've been having this same issue! It's now 4 months later and I most definitely have a ticket on this issue.
