Here's a gripe but can be helped

First off..I do like the game. It is enjoyable to a point.

2 things make it not enjoyable: First off..When new characters are added to the game...it seems like folks who spend alot of money for packs get the new characters and us that can't spend that kind of money have to hope RNJESUS gives us a shot..more often than not, the answer is no. I get that Scopely wants to make $..but what about loyal longtime players who don't have it to spend.

2nd point is that some of contests are unfair. In my experience playing the game..when u get a pack that says a chance at a character or shards for them from 10-1000..I normally get 10 shards. I know I'm not the only player that happens to.. It really makes me not want to play because what's the point. I do spend $ on here, but not whale dollars. Make it so us average players can have real chances at the new characters without spending $. Level the playing field us all I'm really asking.
