It sounds like you're looking at the marketplace items which just gives a list of what you can get not what you currently can purchase.

How often is the flash market open for purchases with rubies?

At the moment it's every weekend for 48 hours. You can get a free refresh if you are online at the beginning and end (takes 46 hours to refresh).

The flash market is amazing. However I do wish that the rubies section of the market was either available all of the time or stated when next one will be open. I just purchased rubies and can't use them.

It always opens on the weekends so 12 PT Saturday it will be back barring any changes.

Is this in the coins or ruby market? The ruby market has expired so there would be no option available there. If it's the coins market try turning off pop-up blockers and ensure you're selecting from the items available to you (scrolling left to right) and not the menu of all available drops. Thanks

Because adding not having an objective to pursue in the milestones to the next to null odds of anything worthwhile appearing to be bought it seems a recipe to people pass on the flash market all together. I know it's been a long time since I last even bothered doing a quizz to get the coins to use the flash market.

Fair enough, but here's what I don't undestand: you care enough for new players to extend the event for God knows how long again so most people can get her. Which is cool. But on the other hand you deny access to important coaches in the game such as the showboat Matt Hardy or Rezar. And let's not get into the Hogans and all the chase characters from previous MLC that a vast majority of people don't have and are a couple hundred of shards away of getting, but somehow they almost never find their way into packs.

I don't see the correlation between a character meant to be available by grinding web coins and characters that had to be removed due to licensing and other characters meant to be rare

Some can be used some can't it depends on WWE. Many are in shard chests and many are in loot and on the more common side of things. Some have been given out for free or as part of contests.

I was able to obtain Icons of Mania Charlotte. My frustration is that with the Market resetting and my milestones staying maxed out. This time around I feel like I'm being penalized for having her because I can't hit the milestones to pull her shards for enhancing and evolving.

How would you be penalized if it's the same for everybody.

The whole thing should be progressive for people to play at their own pace. People who have not attained Flair should still be able to obtain her, but for the rest of us, another tier level of milestones and prizes would be nice.

I don’t have charlotte yet, but I am working towards her. I feel relief that the end date is so far away because some of those trivia questions are the most obscure and ridiculously hard questions lol
That said, it is a completely free feature which those who have completed it have had the benefit of. Although there may not be a huge incentive to continue doing the trivia, there are still other prizes which can be claimed, even if you don’t think their value is high.
