No Rewards from Youtube giveaway

I won a zTaker at the giveaway frim djanonzt at the end of october and still don't have my price. I wrote to the ingame Support and showed them the Screenshots. IGN is correct but still no Reward.

Sry if this is not the right category but I couldn't write in giveaways
