Didnt recieve prizes

On this last promotion I received the first 8 goldberg rewards but claimed all 10. My whole group has gotten all 10 prizes but I have not please fix this

Now I am wondering if I have really bought a superstar for the game or what it really means when I buy an avatar,

The Avatar is a visual display to use on your profile in the portal. This does not give you an in-game superstar. Thanks
