Boss Time skill plate removed from skill plate prize wall

I completed the talent up event yesterday, and was disappointed to see that when I went to the skill plate prize wall to redeem my coin for the boss time skill plate, that the plate had been removed. Will the boss time skill plate return to the prize wall, or is it permanently gone?

The boss plate wasn't intended to be on the wall and no plans for it to return.
