Missing shards

Has anyone else pulled in igc loot and not received shards? For cash spend event i did some pulls but shards never went in. Got the milestones from spending the igc but im just getting back from support there is no logs of me doing the pulls and ticket gets closed. How did i get milestones if i never spent the igc.

That would be nice if they didnt keep sending me automated messages and wont send me the logs. Actually got asuka from bags, but still would be nice to acknowledge the fact that im not at fault
