Scopely Support turn around time
Has anyone ever dealt with the Scopely Support Team? What's their turnaround time? I put in a ticket for support this morning, but got ghosted after the chat help said they were transferring me to a Specialist. I went to their website and sent a customer support ticket, but hadn't gotten anything other than what looked like an automated email response.

Turn around depends on their volume. Anywhere from a few minutes to several days.

few days is laughable i have been waiting over a month for a answer.

Just to follow-up. Scopely came through last week. I did the support chat as well as sent an email to their website. They not only sent my missing rewards from this purchase, but they went back to my August purchase and sent those missing rewards too with extra cash loot! The whole process took like 5 business days.
