So iv bought every single loot pack for the last month and havnt pulled anything worth a crap . Not to mention the only thing iv pulled as a feature is Jay uso so I ain't gunna spend any more money on these packs until ratios or chance percentages are explaind

With all due respect, don’t hold your breath on this one. Players have had this complaint since basically day 1.

percentages are explained in every pulls and as far as how pull percentages chance work you can easily google it, it's the same in most games
