The in game global chat seems to have gotten out of hand. It's not hard to figure out what this user was trying to say.

I reported this in game. Does anything happen once these situations are reported?

  Yes, once reported these go to the team for comment review before a decision is made. You also have the option to block that user when selecting them. Thanks
