I don't understand how to use them the rubies I've collected can some please tell me

  Since I've gotten my rubies there has not been a store available to use them. When is the ruby store going to be there?

  This weekend's schedule is:

  8/14 at noon PST to 8/16 at noon PST

  It's usually live for 48 hours at the weekend. You can often get a free refresh if you log in during the first couple of hours.
