SOLO EVENT: as usual, a free portion and a premium portion, quite balanced

SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT: matchmaking was ok, basically there was no need to refresh and getting the bonus matches done wasn't too time-consuming

CONTEST SUPERSTARS: quite a well-balanced choice, both for tours and for showdown bonus matches

FACTION CONTEST: nothing good about it....spending money in order to have a chance to partecipate....not even Bingo games have ever reached this low....the only "good" thing is that since you reached the bottom, the only way you can go is UP.

PLAYABILITY: as usual, you can't launch a contest without bugs....I really don't get it, we're talking about tours, tours, a thing you launch everyday, there shouldn't be any problems at all, yet there are always bugged nodes....oh, and let's not forget crashes....

While the faction contest was absolutely pointless, the solo contest was pretty good! Enjoyed a lot the more relaxed requeriments and good rewards, even if it wasnt what most wanted. I really hope this trend of asking for widely available superstars continue.

I just would like to add that I felt that the solo event and the SD tournament itself were very good. I liked the fact that if I wanted to, I could have maxed the event with spending very little. Just the fact that I had that option with the use of talent up was nice. I personally chose not to max it, because it was more coin and tp than I wanted to spend, but still, the option was appreciated.

Im not going to kill you guys for the faction event like others have because I get it, you are a business and you guys need to make money. The only suggestion I would make is if you are going to have another event like that, add in a way to get points for free. Either through an LT tour or in a solo milestone. You can keep the amount needed through spending the same, just adjust the amounts for milestones. If everyone can get points, it makes everyone in a faction feel like they contributed to an event. I can only speak for myself, but I’m sure there are plenty of people who play this game that feel bad when they can’t contribute to a particular faction event. I would think that making players feel good while playing is an objective of yours.

This event was actually really good. Lots of coins and resources included and the showdown was a breeze! I saw tons of people finally getting their hands on Erik. I hope future events continue to go in this direction! If I had to pick out one thing that I would change I would say that the faction event was very spend heavy and I wasn’t able to contribute much. Snoop is another solid character!

Overall it feels like the SD event specifically as a whole has been addressed. To the other components:

    Pros:

Tour: Perfect requirements. Don’t deviate from this. The HP rewards were trash in the tours, otherwise great job.

SD Event: Again very good. Easy requirements. Easy to talent up 2 classes to max if you wanted.

    Cons:

RNG Bags: Holy cow did you turn down the odds of pulling snoop. While others may have appreciated the Erik shards, for those of us who have him at 5s already, this was not great. I hope I can use his 6k shards one day in the future.

Event points: Do you test events before they drop? It seems like the first 4 hours of every event something else is broken. This event is just another notch in the belt. Hire some QA folks with all of the money you are making.

Leaderboard: Top 3 get Snoop. That’s all. What a GIGANTIC miss. No one wanted to spend the way they did and you lost an entire audience who said ehhh I’m not going to catch them, so why bother pissing away money on something I cannot get.

Wins leaderboard event: Bring this back. Another miss. You could have people grinding for wins, but instead you gifted us a Sunday off.

Character card: Huge miss. Great for snoop fans, but unappealing IMO in a wrestling game. I get the appeal of doing some cross-selling with he music industry, but to make him the best acro in the game? Just silly. So so silly.

Character acquisition methodology: I am sure you’ve have actuaries come in and do the math, but do you really think that RNG bags are the way to go to increase sales? I cannot guarantee anything, but I would be interested in the sales if you made a superstar obtainable for $300 USD vs the RNG Ferris wheel. Give it a try.

Faction event: Great rewards, but trash RNG. At a minimum, you should be giving points per pull, and a bonus for the shards you cranked down the odds of pulling. This was frustrating for folks who spent over $200 USD and had 0 faction points to show for it.

Trash market: Wow did you folks turn down the coin and TPs odds this weekend. Maybe RNG, but certainly the worst odds I have ever received from the trash market since its inception. I think I saw 3m coins once in 10 rolls. The rest were 300k.

You shouldn't require people to spend to be able to help their faction. Not everyone has the money to spend to be able to stay in their faction. I am by no means a free to play person. The character requirements were better. I believe most people had a good amount of them. The coin and tp aspect seemed good although the coin event was raised 3 million. I didn't get either Snoop, but I believe the solo event was ok, but the faction aspect was severely lacking. Should be ways to score for your faction without spending.

This was a showdown event that I actually enjoyed playing. It did not have a crazy amount of matches to do.

The match making was on point and did not have too many glitches.

The faction contest was way too weighed on the pay to win side and that too it is not guaranteed to pay off ie it was not a guarantee of snoop shards. That should have been balanced.

Overall a satisfactory event. Would have been great if I had landed either of the snoops. Here is hoping this draw lands him in my roster :)

  • Overall I really enjoyed this contest. The solo event being as open as it was made it very fun and enjoyable to play throughout the weekend. I think that the milestones and prizes were good for the solo event as well.

However, I did not like the complete randomness of the faction event. The Snoop shards were very rare if any at all and that made it difficult to make a lot of progress in the event without spending a lot of money. With a little tweaking I think the entire event would have been great.

The solo event was pretty good because you got some nice rewards, but the factionevent was kinda hard and I did’ny get so muck rewards from it.

  • Enjoyed the contest was rather fun using guys don’t normally use!

Great contest, just slightly a few things I would like to see change..

1.rewards milestone where great, however the bags on pulling a snoop was slim to none, not sure how many people pull one out

second the faction event was horrible, not many people got the opportunity to participate because y’all probably forgot to add the SD coins in there as well… was focus on spend event only and shards where limited..

overall I enjoyed it and had the opportunity to collect allot of coins

I really did enjoy the SD. It like last week didn’t have a wall of 5SS when you hit 500 note,

also the prizes where pretty good on the solo event , however the faction was way to random. I spent $240 and got 17 snoop shards. If your gonna do a spend event then include all spending.

I did get 7 new cards which was really cool , however I feel like the featured character just isn’t pulled very much. I’d rather had 1 new character that’s Gonna get some use instead of 7 character that won’t be leveled up for half a year due to priority and then not really being the best characters.

it’s nice to see the game becoming more user friendly, the amount of matches wasn’t crazy , free superstars where used to be special characters for bonus points.

  • Pro:

SD most of the time provided opponents.

    con:

Snoop is not a wrestler! It already was a nightmare to have him once, but twice? Who’s next? If you go down that route, give us Ozzy Osbourne with his bat bite!

Too many tasks going on at the same time. Some of us have a private life - or at least had one before we tried to get all tasks done.

Not enough TP, coins and HoF Tokens to gain.

Still too many freezes, reboot ms, server connection errors.

Snoop's Long Beach 93 Debut Contest Feedback:

Loot: Try 3 times and get a lot of erik Shards which got me to recruit him twice, never saw any Snoop shards.

Solo event: The event was really great. Grindable if times allow. Having the requirements to be open by class and era was a huge advantage since I didn't have to constantly work around to meet them.

Rewards: They still fall in the short category for the league and roster size I have but for minor leagues very good.

Milestones: Very easily and grindable if the time allows. Rewards as presented are not the best for higher leagues but very good for minor leagues.

Overall Idea: If I have to rate the whole idea I would say 8/10 if i have to rate the whole scenario of reaching that idea 8/10

Event is fun. I like events. I dont like my game crashing, but i do like the healthpacks that come with game crashing but would prefer if game didnt crash. But this forum is about the event. To that i say. 9 thousand TP is alot per week.

It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either.

Pros: the tours and showdown were fine, easy to run through and the contest superstars were good, which is rare for scopely.

Cons: the bags were hot garbage…it’s a SNOOP DOGG event yet I walked away with 4,000 Erik shards…seems logical. The last milestone in the solo event requires spending or a massive push on TU…for what exactly? A skill plate bag with mediocre skill plates?

Where you fell flat the hardest was the faction event. It’s not even the fact that it’s a spend event, it was just executed horrendously. If you want players to spend money on your game, give them incentive to do so. And by incentive I don’t mean Snoop Dogg’s gear, which was laughable. A 2sb Snoop would have been more attractive and profitable but once again you missed the trick. Seems like a regular thing around here.

    Saludos.
