Flash Market : Vince McMahon

I have yet to see Vince McMahon in the Flash / Black Market. It's been months and months and he never shows up. I know it's totally random ( I get it ) but geez .. months now nothing is even showing up.. No matter how many coins I spend.. Why? If you advertise someone will be in the market they should show up .. same with Ronda .. people have been spending and waiting for them 🙄
