Snoop's Long Beach 93 Debut Contest

Pros - Amazing content with rewards that are achievable with the contest superstars required, challenging although it just more rewarding with coins and talent posters
Cons - It feels like it pushing the proverbial boundaries and pressuring players who are Free 2 Play to urge them to spend money with the RNG mechanism giving them unfair chances of new superstars or shards aswell
Feedback i would like added to in game content is the ability to select how many levels i want to spend coins on superstars instead level by level. A selected amount we can choose to spend to get trainer/coaches to their max capability with the coins we currently have acquired throughout the game and events itself

pros: Was a fun event
showdown was 10/10
I loved the matchmaking, required superstars and loved the snoop tour and required superstars for it as well.
cons: the faction event was horrible, Should have counting points for spending and if he was lucky and got snoop shards.
The only other thing that I see as a con is the new superstar rng bags seem to always be the same people each new event that get the superstar from the bag, if you guys could fix that where others get them too it would be nice.
Also loot odds and loot is horrible the last 2 months, And I have sent hundreds and still not get the new superstar or sometimes not even a new superstar at all.
Thank you ☺️

Horrible event for faction. Most showdown events give points for showdown coins or something to the faction event. This was a spend event to get shards (that were suppose to be common but yeah ok).
also the beginning of the event points didn’t count toward the faction event so people who pulled shards didn’t get credited and look bad to faction members.
matchmaking went smooth like last event, lots of show down coins. Bags gave tons of items needed. The sour point of event that leaves a bad taste in my mouth is still the faction event.

Showdown was great; good balance of effort to reward.
faction event was a massive misstep. A lot of what keeps people coming back to the game is the faction aspect, but this being entirely cash only and poor RNG goes against that totally

You have to look at the possibilities in the game I spent a lot of money but didn't get what I wanted

This event was more for the big spenders… the odds of getting 93 snoop or his shards was out of this world…

Faction event was pointless, needs to be based on playing the game not py the game.
showdown has been good as of late with matchmaking. Pretty decent requirements to earn points for milestones even though you’re left short if you’re only playing and not paying.

Relatively painless SD. Rewards were solid and maxing solo event was grindable without spending. Faction event was pure spend, which is fine, but drop rates for shards were awful

I think that this event was very good.
Good:
The tours were good and accessible to most players.
Showdown ran smoothly.
The bags were generous with shards and saw some good results from the bags.
The coin rewards were generous.
The showdown characters being entire classes/eras instead of specific characters.
Bad:
The lack of a faction contest to work together without spending.
The final nodes in the tours giving HPs instead of bags.

Positives
- CSS. Everyone could participate and the number of matches was reasonable. 'Doubling-up' was possible if you had strong enough characters to fit the requirements and use 2 per match.
- Matchmaking. This seemed to be a very smooth event for most players.
- Rewards. The event gave pretty nice returns particularly in terms of coins and shards of previous releases (Erik and the Tech bags).
- Not overly time-consuming. The event could have been completed with just a few hours of playing, which I imagine was refreshing for many players.
Negatives
- No guaranteed shards of Trickster Snoop. I am convinced that selling some shards along with loot coins would have driven a lot more spending.
- Awful loot odds. When people saw the results of loot pulls, they were convinced to not even try. Faction spend events can work, and even be popular (Tech Cena anyone?), but when it's RNG it's just a mess.
- Bugs/Blog. The event started pretty badly with issues everywhere. To be fair, this was handled a lot better than previous events and most issues were resolved in a timely fashion. The 20m coin in tours was changed to 2m. The extra day of showdown mentioned on Twitter was removed. Thankfully none of these issues spoiled the overall event, but I thought it should be noted.
- No competitive aspect/event. A 'Win Showdown Match' side-event with leaderboard prizes of Trickster Snoop or Ivar (not Erik!) would have tied in nicely with the rest of the event.
Overall, a very good solo event and a faction event that just missed the mark in terms of execution. Potentially a very good event in the future with some adjustments.

Pros: Matchmaking was good
Cons: Could spend a lot of money and never get anything to help in the contest. I never get any new people out of these contest unless they are free from them. Bags give out way too few shards for people you really need or want.

Event was a good one.
Pros: Less stringent requirements is always a pro. People can grind out matches much easier this way. Both for SD tasks and the tours. Milestones were improved vs prior event rewards. Snoop Dogg looks like a great card, and finally the game has a new gen acrobat. The snoop bags with coins, tp, medal cases, or a shot at either snoop was also a great addition. These typs of bags should be common moving forward in events.
Cons: max milestone was not worth the chase in the form of tens of thousands of talent up, or hundreds of dollars. It was the weak point of the event. Nobody could reach said milestone unless spending happened, either on more talent which is a bit absurd based on how much talent was just needed for the kickoff TU event. The vault is an obscene addition with 200 items to clear. Way too paywalled in order to get a trickster snoop dogg who isn't even good in a competitive landscape (outside of this specific month with + pyro generation) due to the perk situation.
All in all, pretty good event, could always be improved.
7/10

Rewards are definitely good. Only issues are no way to get snoop shards. Don’t mind spending but I’m in $100 not a single snoop shard which is needed to advance the faction contest. The ease of play for the bonus characters is good too. A lot are able to play with the easier more common bonus characters. All in all not bad just the shards issue.

The solo part was great, could max without spending. Was able to enjoy playing, the match making is working great! without having to face the same socko and zhhh wall over and over it’s fairly competitive. The rewards were nice and benefit most players néw or older.
Two things I didn’t like. First the faction contest is not ok one bit. It not only was all spend event, way to hard to max, and total luck. When you rely on snoop shards that takes the grind and faction complex completely out of it. Two bring back the Old SD format where if you max the event you got the character. Keep the chance to max like this time fair, but bring back the character box. Everyone wants snoop he’s great acro and we should have had a more fair shot with all them bags.
lastly the vault is great, really hoping I am able to max it as I would love trick snoop!

Gute Performance vom Matchmaking!
Gute Belohnungen in den Meilensteinen.
Aber das Teamevent zu cashevent zu machen ist ein Schlag ins Gesicht der community.

Overall this event would be an 8/10 on the solo side and a 4/10 at best on the faction side.
+Milestones in the solo fairly easy to achieve with limited spending
+Good rewards in the solo milestones and tours
+fairly open tours
+Very open bonus point methods for the solo
+Overall the event as a whole contained a large amount of resources including high tier, high quality medals that I have been needing.
+The weekend event loot had a huge quantity of semi rare posters dropping from it which was greatly appreciated
-The faction event being pure spend and RNG makes for a not fun weekend in that regard. Had the shards had a slightly higher chance of appearing the event itself may not have been as bad. When only a handful of factions max the event and most factions don't even reach milestone 3/5 then it can be greatly improved. If this is the structure of the events moving forward please find a way to tweak them to make them more fair. Even if it is just adding a 10-20k faction event point to the final solo milestone to at least make it less RNG.
-This is the 3rd of the last 4 events without the ability to collect shards on the weekend chase. I will always consider this a negative since it takes away the fun of feeling like you are making progress towards recruiting someone.
Even with all this being said this was still a huge resource gain for the entire weekend and greatly appreciated.

Solo event was good faction event was garbage once again show how greed u poeple r why r there pay to play events anyways if u give better odds poeple would pay more anyways its like u steal from us and don't care what we get never have I seen anyone treat there player so badly

overall enjoyed the solo contest. Resources rewards are definitely a plus. Big downside of this event is the faction contest, it was an all spend event. You could spend hundreds of dollars and still not pull any snoop shards to help advance. That aspect needs to be addressed.

Here's my honest review on the Snoop Dog faction event :-
Let's begin with the good stuff!
- Matchmaking - This was on par with the last one and was very well balanced.
- Rewards - Tons of coins that were much needed were finally there in the event along with other goodies. So no complaints there.
- Requirements - For the tours, it was decent and that good rewards in it too. For the SD req of contest bonus superstars, it was quite grindable without being monotonous and too lenghty. So kudos to that.
Now over to the bad stuff!
- Faction Event - The scoring method to earn points was way too restrictive. There shud have been at least some way to get confirmed shards of Snoop Dogg either while buying the packs or with the odds. This was not the case and that basically meant ppl going nuts over pulls. I personally know many ppl who spent over 1k bucks and did not get a single Snoop Dogg shard. That's ridiculous imo, no other game has ever been on such a cash grab without giving at least 1 shard or something out of the purchase.
Overall, I'd rate this 3.5/5.
I hope the mods, CM, and the devs take note of this feedback and keep on improving the game going ahead. Y'all are on the right track after a long time, so keep it up! Thank you for hearing me out. Cheers.

i usually hate showdowns but this was one of the best ones I’ve done even though had 2 game crashes and a freeze. Bonus points were good pretty happy with it overall

Here are a few thoughts, mostly positive 😊
- SD was well done. Matching was good, perks that we could attach helped a lot on defence and the flow was good this time around
- much less server issues this time too.
- the rewards were great and maxing the event wasn’t a massive grind for a weekend.
- the snoop bags weren’t very rewarding. Small thing, but wanted to note that
- i enjoyed the snoop tours, they were very fun as well
so overall I enjoyed this SD. One of my favs in months. I understand the need to keep evolving the game, but it really works right now and this weekend proved that. A new character to chase but gameplay was unchanged and that’s awesome!

The solo contest was great... more chances for f2p players to reach milestones. You improve the faction contest.... keep on improving

I spent money and got NO shards. Highly disappointed

Some constructive feedback on all of your future events:
Fix the issues on the first handful of hours after a new event has been released. There are ALWAYS issues/problems when a new event drops whether it is not receiving event points, receiving the awards after finishing a match, or being able to actually play the match!

Solo Event
Pros - great rewards, fairly easy to max, bonuses were common enough for call
Cons - nothing to speak of except initial glitches in the tours
Faction Event
Pros - great rewards, but you needed to drop more snoop shards or find other ways to earn them for FTP players
Cons - odds in the bags are not great
Tours
Pros - Nothing to speak of
Cons - glitches and rewards were not great
Loot
Pros - odds were good for most people to get a new character
Cons - Snoop cards and shards were incredibly rare
Overall - great rewards and structure of an event

The solo contest wasn't that bad....The faction contest was basically a spend event and wasn't good..The milestone rewards have gotten a little better...but..making it pretty much a spend event just sucked

Another event for spending whales.
Faction contest- Only points for Shards of snoop dog which was hardly obtainable. Rewards were good but it was just a lollipop 🍭 to lure everybody.
Solo event- Contest superstar were the great, points was less to get all milestones. Rewards were great but less chances of getting Snoop dog.
Tours- Tours were great with right contest superstars except sunday tour which required roman and becky technician.
Showdown- Run smoothly, match making were perfect. Showdown superstar concept was bingo.
New snoop dog- Didn't watched his gameplay video as its tha fact that we cant get him.
