Bits to swap skill plates

The plate bits system needs a redesign because there's no way to get them to actually test diff skill plates on different superstars.


10 a mth or 20 if u sub to strap pass is just not enough to test.

Maybe they should roll over if we don't use them or be more ways to get them.
