Can you please fix this.

Velveteen Dream is gone, but even if he was still around, I myself among many others pull his shards constantly. I've pulled his shards 3 times in a row, and typically pull his shards 2 out of 4 times during the month. Can you please change this ridiculous drop rate or perhaps exchange him for a powerhouse that is still in the WWE.
