Annoyed that in app purchases are not counting towards these contests. Over Half of these Xsolla purchases don’t go through and error out.
The low denomination shards are a pain.
This has shown to just be the same problems all over using a different theme.

The team will be running a script to give the missing points for pulls. Thanks!

I enjoy playing the contest. Thanks for a chance to win!

Currently not having my candy cane/solo contest points populate in the web portal. Currently 4 hours after refresh and only had my daily mutant keys/shards appear but none for this event. As a time sensitive claim i am getting a little worried.

I will admit - I was more than a little bit too hard on the Demon King feud event. I still stand by most of what I said (especially feud just being two guys flipping coins for 20 minutes until one of them falls over) but I admit that I was more than a bit overzealous. I'll be less nasty here, especially since I liked this event.
- Unlike last year's Christmas in July event, this one actually felt giving - from the milestones to the tour to the prize wall. Giving out Henry's gear easily is a nice touch, considering it's likely the last time it's going to be available. I went into the event expecting a few nice things from the blog, and I'm happy to say the event met those standards.
- Tours are great if you have the characters needed, and due to the limitation of 'Must have a winter skin' it meant that we were spared from the bloodthirsty top-tier guys for once, sans Cena/Socko who usually use a lesser set. Still don't like the 5SS Austin on Mankind's tour but SB Austin isn't incredibly threatening and if anyone could chew through 2 million health, it's Socko. 4SB posters for clearing the first node of hell mode are very welcome, even if they aren't the rarest or best people in the game - Even got some fuses out of them, and I have a relatively in-depth roster.
- Milestones were what I expected, but thank god the feedback about 4SS tokens has been listened to - they've obviously been more common in the last month or so, but this event really emphasized restocking you with them, and you don't have to pay for them. It's actually a bit shocking that there's been some response to that feedback, and these tokens alone would have probably made the event for me.
- The prize wall is actually helpful for once if you're not a top guy, with a lot of gears to buy to catch up on and some mid-tier stuff that's almost universally useful (no such thing as too many Blue Bomber plates) if you've got enough to get most of the way up - and of course, the top-tier stuff for the people insane enough to have everyone required for the event. This is a great example of being able to offer great stuff to the whales while still giving those mid/lower-high tier players something to sink their teeth into and still improve their rosters, instead of just going "Didn't spend enough try again next time". Only change I would make is offer, like, 500k coins for 20 candy canes in case someone misses a day of the portal freebies.
- Hogan bags were also nice - even if I doubt I'll get him, it's the first time any number of Hogan shards have seemingly been given out. I'd rather just have the bags, though, as how it is you have to open them one by one after you buy them in the store.
- Feels a bit too long for what's offered - could have dumped a tour on us every day if it was going 5 days. Now after day 2, the only thing really left to do is wait for portal drops. Not major, but still a bit odd.
- Probably unrelated to the event, but the HoF Equal Odds loot is actually good and should be done more often - when I see loot with a premium price (>3 bucks for a pull) this is what it should be like, and not just an extra percentage added onto the featured odds or something.

This has been a great event for a ton of coins and tokens, plus the Santa hats for Hogan shards and candy caines for gear. Well done.

I'm currently unable to spend my candy canes in the store, was that content removed early?

Pros- tons of resources were in the event. You could go far for free depending on your roster. event overlap on portal allowing you to double dip on spending rewards.
Cons- Alexa is still a trash character even with the gear. Offering her at 5k when you can get hof hogan for half the price is laughable. especially when she won't have her gear though it's trash eventually gear might be released that make her useable instead of mid tier for striker females. Final milestone cost was too high. Pricing of the canes to get bayley was way too high.

I didn't enjoy this event in the least. I finished the event & only ended up w/ enough candy canes for absolutely nothing. A great disappointment...

The event was fun for a midweek event despite being spend heavy , the fact it let you get most milestones without spending was good enough , tours were great and the prize wall store for this event was good aswell , hoping for more like this going forward

It was a good event to get some ressources. To max it, it was too cashy. To get a character like Alexa, it was too expensive. 5k for a "not Top Tier" is way too much. But as i said, it was good for ressources, good chance to get things like a skill plate, the hogan shards were okay but 1-3 shards everytime isnt really random cause it said 1-1000 possible.
In the end, not a bad event

Love this event.
- The tours were great, with semi-open requirements along with the free monthly character. The difficulty seemed about right to me too, the hell nodes were tough without being ridiculous.
- The other CSS were mostly easy and fast to complete, with some mega-rare characters to take players to the final milestones.
- Fantastic rewards. Lots of coins and TP. A strong skill plate. 1,000 Hogan shards (which was a recruit for me) was a very nice Xmas surprise. A guaranteed Bayley was a good reward for those maxing.
Suggestions:
- The points for Talent Up and Loot Coins could have been a little higher to incentivize pushing for the final milestones or two. 84k talent up was the cost to max the event for me personally. Had it been 50k, I probably would have pushed for it.

Muy buen evento, en comparación con otros, en este se dió la oportunidad de lograr premios de una manera un poco más accesible lo que hace más atractivo jugar

Not a bad event, with some good rewards on the tours. For me the biggest issue was I have 300 candy canes that I can’t spend as I already have the three Santa gears. Some lower cost bonus’s would have been good, even if just TP or coins as these will now just sit in my inventory with all the other part spent tokens I am accumulating. The solo reward board was good but possibly weighted too heavily towards the top.
Hogan shards were great and the 4 star character rewards was a good touch.

This was a fun event to have. The prizes were worthwhile as well. Loved the character cards you could obtain. It's fun to fuse these older characters that we tend to put to the side.

I enjoyed it, pretty common contest characters

The event overall was quite decent. Probably if the points for increasing talent up was a bit higher it would have been much better as for sure it was a grind to max this event especially if one is not going to spend much on pulls as not everyone has all the required bonus characters.
Given the last milestone offering two bleed immunity straps it was an event to go all out for as these kind of straps are so rare to get and is a bonus for any character. On top of that if you were able to get all candy canes from milestones along with free portal rewards it also gave an opportunity for a free mutant Bayley. This was one event not to be missed if one was able to max it.

Your post was not ignored, it's feedback which the team reads. In this case, yes. The team feels this was appropriate for a rare superstar guaranteed. It's not for everyone, but for those that wanted to spend there was a goal at the end.
