It is time for another Feedback Giveaway Round! This time for the DOINK THE CLOWN PRINCE OF CHAOS contest, and you get an extra chance to WIN BRAND-NEW Doink The Clown “Clown Prince of Chaos” 4-Star Gold

PROS:
- Improvements to Showdown Mechanics: Enjoyable. I finally got attacked on Day2, which is something that basically never used to happen in the last showdown events...
- Higher League = Higher Amounts of coins: Great. It's good that you actually heard our complaints about the Mutant Bayley Showdown Event. Should always be like this: higher effort = higher rewards.
CONS:
- Bad Choice of Contest Superstars: e.g. Why the Acro version of Edge?
- Grind Too Time-consuming: 400 match with Kofi? btw, you should check the blog, there was no limit there 😏
- Odds of the Grabbags: disappointing. as usual, they're set on giving the lowest amount...I could understand getting the minimum on 1,2,3 occasions, but not EVERYTIME....
- Bugs of the Contest Tab: the disappearing Contest Tab is getting quite annoying....should be a priority making sure that this doesn't happen again....fun fact: CS says I did not miss anything, while I know for sure that I missed at least 15k Faction Contest Pts....🤷♂️

Doink showdown was a TOTAL SHAMBLES I got to play abit befor bed, then come Sunday due to game errors I could not access my game till about 6:30pm lost a whole day of of rewards and helping my faction,Xmas in July and other events could of been better rather than having to use like one certain toon which people might hardly of worked on 🤔😡🧐

Good event matchmaking very good but for close this event must pay. Bad idea 400 match with kofi and only 8k for match.

event was fun! The tours were not tedious like most event weekends. Showdown PLEASE!!!! Keep it like this!!!! The amount of coins will help in getting the most out of the showdown shop. Wasn’t able to get doink from a few loot pulls or grab bags (like Bailey) but at least I’m about 1/2 way there shard wise. Would love to see updated chests that give out different superstars then the usual like we’ve been getting (don’t mind it but the last few times has been either dream shards or Andrade!!) shake up the chest a bit, put in the new cards (zblack, strowman striker, jbl). The only complaint I have is the timed out from gameplay, had it happen a few times where I forgot I had started a match, why did this become a thing anyway? Heck other games I play will save your progress if the game shuts down and you have to restart it, not kill your entire team And force you to restart and use health packs.

good event overall I liked the sd pairings and the awards. For me, the worst thing is, how difficult it is to score all the points, either because I don't have the fighter or, for example, have to win 400 fights with Kofi, is excessive

I woke up this morning and was about to do dailies when I felt no real desire to do so. I did all 400 kofi matches and just need a break. I’m all for grinding but man that took a piece of my soul
thanks for listening in regards to SD. More coins for the higher league was much appreciated
so about the shards in bags. They are just way too low. If you want to convince me to do pulls to get shards I am going to need to be a lot closer than 800/2000. If I had opened all my bags and was 75% of the way there then I would be more likely to spend money to try and get the rest of the shards needed.
I didn’t get doink and haven’t gotten a character in a bag since Dawkins. And each time if I’m lucky have gotten 40% of shards needed to recruit. Please don’t be so stingy.
but overall besides having to do 400 kofi matches this SD event was decent. Just keep the coins and TP coming because my guess is 5sg is right around the corner

Actually liked bOth events.. First time im awhile that showdown went very smoothly.. Had no connection issues the whole time.. A little excessive on 400 kofi matches though. Rewards have gotten A lot better.

1st match making for once was actually fair...and that's about all that was good. You were only hitting milestones if you were willing to pay serious cash. And even then good luck because a lot of the people in my faction didn't even get their points to count correctly. They would collect their reset SD coins of 30k+ and it would still say their faction event point total was 9k. More bugs than normal for this event.

Pros:
seems matchmaking was improved. I didn’t feel like the 5ss wall was there immediately reaching 500 points like it has been in previous contests. I started getting them around 800ish... which was a fair spot to start competing against all the top tier line ups.
more SD coins was a good call. Made the grinding to higher levels and time spent more worth it.
Cons:
don’t understand why kofi (or any other superstar for that matter) would be set to 400 wins to max out on points. Waaayyyy too grindy especially once you hit higher placements. I think the max for anyone should be 40.
not sure why the value for SD coins decreased in this contest but it was noticed. From 100 to 75.
also did not understand why it was a mixed match contest, but all superstars required for contest were male. For all that we should have just had a regular contest.
suggestions:
possibly starting a special SD coin prize wall for the contest where we could redeem coins for items either found rarely or things that pertain to contest. Maybe the superstar bags or shards. I’d personally like to see more star fragments in higher quantities since grabbing 20 to 40 daily from one particular color is ridiculously time consuming when you need 3000 or more for one superstar.
shards from the bags seem to almost always give you the least amount available. I’ve been playing this game for years now... and out of all the bags I e opened, I think I may have gotten max shards from opening anything MAYBE once... at least 82% of the time I’m getting minimal shards, which is strange when the range is set to 10 to 1000.

The Good:
- Good LT with a good mix of bonus characters. Most of the players should have at least 3-4 of them.
- The final league in showdown having coin limit increased to 22500 was a good decision. If the effort increased, so should the rewards.
- After a long time we had a showdown event that did not need the players to pay through their noses to max the solo event. It was a grind but there was a pathway.
- Match making was finally better. While there were still cases of imbalanced matchups, it was way fewer than last time and mostly at the higher league levels.
The Bad:
- The bonus character list for the showdown left a bit more to be desired. Despite being an M/F showdown, all the bonus characters were male only. As it stood, because of this disparity, all the bonus character matches needed to be played separately which made the grind even more tedious. Having a few female bonus characters could have reduced the match count a bit and made the grind a bit less tedious. (For example, instead of needing 400 Kofi matches, adding a female bonus character needing 200 matches and Kofi 200 matches could have been a better experience).
The Ugly:
- I am not sure how much the others were impacted by it but the glitches hit pretty hard this showdown. Multiple times, my stars lost their health soon after entering a match and it got stuck with an empty gem board and a red ring. Only option was to force a restart losing out on the match as well as the health of the superstars.
- The increased showdown weekly bonus seems to have caused quite a few glitches as well. I did not get any points for collecting the 50778 weekly bonus. Because of this I am missing out on the final 3 milestone rewards and tickets and mails sent to Scopely have been unanswered so far. I know it is a weekend but if you are going to have a weekend event then maybe ensure you have an adequate staff to support it or do a better job and ensure the events do not have any glitches. What's the point of participating in the event and pouring effort into it only to get glitch screwed out of the rewards?

The only feedback I have is the 400 matches with Kofi was excessive and unhealthy. Needed either females to score bonus points with or the showdown should have been Male/Male.

This is one of the best showdowns I have played as far as the in game experience went. The coin boost was much needed, no more issues finding matches, matchups seemed more gradual and reflected notoriety level. Things I didn’t like were having all male characters be the bonus points and making them go first. This is very hard and frustrating without intentionally losing matches to stay at low notoriety. I also do not like that this event was unable to max without spending. Even if you did all 471 bonus wins and completed all tours with bonus characters.

For the first time since I've been playing, the showdown was actually fun & worth the time I played. Sadly tho, after reset, the game itself became very difficult to play. The glitching seemed to be on an all time high.
The rewards received were a definite boost & hopefully they stay that way, made you want to continue grinding for more coins & bags. The bags were the exception to the joy, always receiving the lowest shards possible were a definite disappointment.
The new doink look was amazing, was an absolute masterpiece. The shard output was lackluster at best. The characters of choice for the bonus points SHOULD have been thought out more. Why use characters you are very much aware of that your customers don't use? If you plan on doing that as a requirement for new character event, why not do a pre-event that gives a chance to revisit & build those older characters some to give the player a chance to succeed? That one week would be beneficial to both yourselves & your customers.
As a player, I'm still hoping that you will make improvements that are less inclined to require hundreds & hundreds of dollars w/ a dismal chance to succeed.
A side note....the pre-build event should be called a "flashback event".

Overall a semi decent event. Could use some small tweaks.
+The increase in showdown coins was appreciated to balance out the increase in needed matches to reach max.
+ The showdown itself seemed to flow alot better in terms of getting to a higher levels of notoriety in a reasonable amount of time.
+Tours were pretty open and easy to complete.
-Seemed to be a little bit less bags then previous events and they seemed to reward far less shards.
-Having a mixed tag match without any female bonus characters was an odd choice as well.
-There needs to be a way to turn off earning straps for classes/eras that do not have any superstars attached to them. This is moreso a problem with female straps but there is not a male new gen acro at all and many people did pull a strap for that.
I would put this event as a 7/10 with room for improvement in a few regards but overall was a great improvement from the last showdown.

Most game play is soild however the random crashes on Android kind of sucks and it would be nice if some of the new higher tier players were easier to get, makes work to make them 5 star. Also maybe make the higher level players dailies get more stuff

Every thing worked good but bugs at reset prevented us to let in game for above 2 hour's. There must have been compensation because doing 400 matches with Kofi isn't a joke just in a day. Higher league higher reward was good thing but milestone should have been little bit decreased and should be achievable. Rest this game is great for pay to play players

Consideration should be given to amount of time players have to engage with the game.
The expectation that most people have 12-15 hours just playing showdown is unrealistic.

Much better than the previous showdown event.
pros
- increase in coins to coincide with the increase in notoriety level, where it should have been for the previous showdown event
- ability to grind out sd matches to max was a pleasant change (as long as you had tech kofi, was pretty painful with any other kofi character)
- css were relatively common
- tours were simple and straight forward
cons
- increase in amount of coins possible led to a direct change in milestone caps
- decreased points per coin to 75
- maxed faction event and all but final milestone on solo and have ~600 shards of doink. While this is much better than other events where no shards are offered, the bag rng doesn’t appear to be on my side at all..

The event is good but it's hard for me cause I don't have extra money to spend on this game and most of the good events you do to win. You need to make it even so the ones that can not spend money have a chance to get the good rewards and stuff.

overall this showdown was super good i loved that everyone can max the SD but but event is full of grind which will be possible but it will take more time then we think 470 match completely which is impossible Kofi 400 match's we don't have green Kofi reset is super I loved that after longtime so many people can max the SD please do like same so that everyone will be happy if players happy then company will be happy my only suggestion is if 400 match's to do please try to keep 40 or more hours SD rest all super thanks to all once again.

The showdown was a vast improvement from the last one we finally managed to get a higher amount of coins wich is a plus
It takes a while to get to 1000 notoriety but it is achievable
The rewards from the milestones from solo and faction was good especially the safe with the gem plates
The tours were easy and alright rewards could've wanted more as the contest superstars aren't really that great
Overall the showdown formar is nice and hope it doesn't change

I echo the feedback of others. A good event overall but the level of grinding in the showdown was a killer. I spent almost all day on the game and still didn’t manage to complete all milestones. I think that is too much of a time investment to be realistic for most players.
When doing a mixed showdown then maybe consider having bonus points for both male and female superstars.
matchmaking was good and I only had one glitch/crash so that was a big improvement in stability.
Definite improvement over previous events though and hopefully the improvements continue!

To Begin with
1) Character - Doink acro is really strong and cool, would love to have him on my roster.His design is funky (9/10)
2) Solo Event- 16 million was a bit high target . The tasks were decent (7/10)
3) Faction Event - It was good to introduce skill plates in the rewards but the new superstar bags were removed from the rewards. The pull rate itself is very less and upon that the bag rewards were scrapped . so i give (5/10)
4) Tours - The rewards were fine but contest superstar being acro edge was a bad idea i felt . Almost none would have worked on him . (7/10)
5) Blitz - it was a nice way to present the money in the bank event . Rewards were good. But the Blitz duration should have been increased ! (7/10)

Gameplay:
Although there were a couple of times where I had the match freeze on me, overall it flowed quite well. The special wrestlers weren't loaded with super-scarce wrestlers, so that's a plus.
Event Scoring:
That was a problem because when I collected my weekly Showdown tokens, all the contests had mysteriously disappeared. Eventually, my points were given to me, along with health packs and an appreciation gift box.
Overall, I think it was a good event. 8/10

Decent event. Only complaint is needing to get to (and hold) 1k notoriety for top rewards. Whenever I got beyond 700 I would run into a wall of 4ss socko.
I miss the 700 notoriety for top rewards 😅
