How do you equip skill Plates

First, you need a legendary strap. Second, you need a skill plate. Third, you need to reinforce the strap until the skill plate slot opens up (it's the round one). Each time you reinforce the strap, one slot randomly opens up. Then, just select the strap, click the empty skill plate spot, and pick which skill plate you want to equip.
