Missing Rewards & Automated Replay’s

I am facing issues from last two months and i inform through in game help support but i am not satisfied from response what i get the first problam i face in April HOF Hogan event where my bag collection points were not counting and because of this i loss 2 to 3 milestones reward i inform you in game support on sunday, April 11 2020, 01:32 Am Second problam i faced where i didn’t get Flash Feud, Spring Zombie and alexa bills contest Reward and i create ticket on Tuesday May 25 2021 12:06 Am but both i got automated replay and i get nothing also in last two days my game was stucking and i loss all Health of Keith Lee 3 times Zombie Cena 2 times and HOF Ted 1 times i was so mad and frustrated i was anger and make ticket with immoral word i got a response for my language but my all problams are still unsolved please do the needful and send me the compensation against all these problams mention above.

Hope will not get the automated replay now and will get compensation as soon as posible
