Straight up it should be open. None of this “you have to have a certain charter” BS.
I never get to participate in blitz because of some stupid rule.
BTW: why is the boss on normal level always some 4 star gold charter???
come on now!!!

The Boss level is determined by the amount of talent you bring in to the blitz. If you lower your talent you will see an easier boss.
