Sudden loss of health
During feud when I completed match my superstar was back to 1 health just 1 I contacted support all I got was A message I m really low on hp because of this

Unfortunately this can happen and is typically tied to a brief connection issue. support typically gives health packs when you put in the tickets.

Freezing and health loss are a problem that is well known to Scopely on wwechampionsgame since the first of the last 5 updates. I have been having the same issue with customer service. My messages to Scopely.com and in game help have gone unanswered for days. I have lost hundreds of health packs and plenty of props. The fact that I pay for 4 subscriptions seemingly dosent matter.
Guess they don't care since they already got my cash.
